Just fabulous! Service amazing from the moment I walked in. Asked for a recommendation and advised to get the Bruschetta, best I’ve ever had and a huge portion too. Followed up with the verdura pasta, with homemade rigatoni, delicious! All the staff were awesome, friendly and welcoming. Wish I had this restaurant in my home town.

Ambience 3/5 actually surprisingly comfortable and relaxed. Nice mood and could easily be made into a warming welcoming environment with a small amount of effort. Food 2.5/5 mediocre at best, whilst it tasted ok the pasta dishes were a little dry considering they were sauce based dishes. Service 2/5 It’s poor, at it’s consistently the same. Don’t expect attention, expect to wait and to have to chase them to do something. Value 2/5 - Charged 50p for half a chilli sliced up which mad me smile. £9 for a thinly slice of average cheesecake and over £140 for 3 people starters, main and one desert.

I celebrated New Year’s Eve at Mangiare and it was outstanding. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was seamless despite the busy night, and the food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and the drinks menu offered a great selection. Naty was our waitress and she did a fantastic job! A great experience overall - although I am not local, if I came back to Newmarket, I’d definitely return here!

I found this restaurant on a whim yesterday while out running errands. We decided to give it a try based on the photos on Google and overall food ratings. I'll give our personal experience from start to finish: We arrived without reservation and saw there were only a few people dining. They were able to seat us within 3-5 which was great. The initial thought of the restaurant was that is was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ordered a few drinks (expresso martini, disarrano, and a very nice beer on draft) all were good. For food we had the garlic bread with cheese, mussels, vegetarian pizza, chicken with pasta (rigatoni I think), and honey cheesecake and bread pudding for dessert. The mussels and bread came out almost immediately but it took 30 minutes for the pasta and the pizza to come out which was offsetting when the kitchen wasn't busy at the time and the waitress had to go inquire about it. Overall the food was good but I think next time we're in the area we'll opt for takeaway.

Alright, I am not going to cap. This restaurant is a must! You can tell the food is good by just seeing how many people go there. I have visited this restaurant a few times now and it has never dissatisfied my appreciation for food. Their flavor delivery is precise and and will continue to go to Mangiare!
