Wow wow wow food here was gorgeous. We ordered pork Tacos, lamb/prawn burrito bowl, halloumi and Empanada (this blew my head off very spicy) all full of flavour and scrumptious. Atmosphere was great with authentic music and clean facilities. Service was great and efficient and friendly.
What a find! This is an unpretentious licensed cafe. The atmosphere was lovely - every table full, the server, Ellie, was charming and helpful. We were walk-ins and they accommodated us without fuss. Having lived in Texas we were delighted at the menu - proper TexMex and every dish had authentic flavours. I was beaten! The portion sizes are ample and colourful. Definitely be returning here!
One of the best Mexican food I have tired so far!!! We ordered the Golden cassava fries for starters which was so good 10/10 but I personally found it very difficult to distinguish just normal potatoes fries to the cassava fries.But regardless, they were 10/10! Next we had chilli con carne with stake, another 10/10 the steak was a-bit on the tough side but we loved it still, and the portion was huge! Overall the food was freshly made and it tasted so authentic! I will definitely be coming back again to try this restaurant! Bonus point also would be the affordability!
The service and the atmosphere was brilliant. We were there for a birthday and we brought a birthday cake with us. They were very accommodating as most places don't allow this. The drinks were great and the food looked amazing however it lacked flavour. The was the only problem. I had a mixed meat sizzling fajita and my friend had the beef buritio and they were both tasteless like some seasoning was needed. The chicken wings I had hardly had any sauce on them for smokey Chipotle wings. Sorry we tried the food before taking pictures.
Best restaurant I have ever been too. Brilliant service, main Man Emmanuel is amazing so down to earth great laugh no awkward atmosphere at all, fun definitely a laugh. Went for my birthday and even got a cake and a sombrero and was sang happy birthday too loved it. The food was spectacular great choice of soft drinks & alcoholic drinks, cocktails & mocktails. I’m so glad I went here, I am definitely going again. Thankyou for a lovely time.
A great, fantastic family run restaurant. I absolutely love coming here. It is my usual spot to come and eat with my daughter. The food is absolutely amazing. The service here is far better than anywhere else. I would highly recommend coming here above all else.
Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Mexican beer was great too. I’ve never ordered lamb in a burrito before but I gotta recommend it. The waiter was so very Mexican American, full of life and enthusiasm and seems like a real solid guy. The kitchen is open view and the staff were good fun too; pro-tip: ask them where to visit in Mexico. Also; the salsa is so full of flavour I couldn’t believe it
Happened to come across this place while looking for a Mexican away from the usual chains. And what a find this turned out to be. A homely feel to the place with an open kitchen. The cocktails were well made. The starters and mains were fresh and made to order. The portions were ample and the taste was finger licking good. What made the experience even better was Manuel, the all on one person who ensured we got the best of our experience. Will be back…and soon
