   I visited the Bedford Road KFC recently and the food was fine, but the service felt stretched thin. There were only about four staff members on duty, and it really showed during the wait. Even something simple like asking for ketchup took quite a long time, which was a bit frustrating. It’s not the staff’s fault, they were clearly working hard, but the place could really use more people on shift to keep things moving smoothly. They also stole my money I am 11 YEARS OLD they was supposed to give me £14.04 but I got given 5 pound instead what a joke, I won’t be coming here again. The owner of this KFC needs to talk some sense into the employees because this is completely unacceptable.

   My order was about £22 , there was not any single dip with it , no saviours were provided and most importantly food was not even fresh that just tasted so weird. It was not going down the throat so i bin it, it was that bad . Order from anywhere but not from this kfc . I request the owner of this place to look at staff of the store as i don’t think they are doing there job correctly.

   I've visited this store on a few occasions and each time the staff seem very uninterested in the customer. They are not rude just like robots until there mobile gets their attention. The place is clean and tidy. The food is far from exciting. Chips were cold, chicken was warmish. I might have been spoilt at other KFC with the piping hot food and enthusiastic staff. I would never choose to visit this branch again.

   I would leave zero stars if possible!! Over 2 hours and still no delivery. No way of contacting them. Have had to go out to find out what the delay is. Can not cancel order either! Updated "preparing your order" has changed from 9 minutes back to 35 minutes several times! A hungry family waiting for so called fast food. Bloody joke! Past disappointment at this stage.

   Usually KFC is a good meal wherever you order, but this is the second time we've had problems with this particular shop and I'm posting about it to let others know. It would be nice if KCF took note too... The first experience a couple of weeks ago I put down to the shop having just been upgraded to the Kiosk ordering system (and apparently no ability of the staff to order at the counter, and a lack of knowledge of the menu) There was an insistance that a Original Receipe Salad Bowl is actually a Rice Bowl (it isn't) and the give-up-order-something-else Rice Bowl was meant to have a salad - consisting of one piece of limp lettuce and no sign of anything else. Chicken was overcooked with the coating solid and inedible. The staff were incredibly rude during this experience which is unlike every other KFC I've been in recently. EDIT having read the reviews below I can say that the experience for me has not improved, everything that has been said about this branch was still the same. The lady serving barely made eye contact and was snide in her attitude both times. Second experience we found the Rice Bowl salad was better but there were two legs instead of leg and breast portions in the other meal, and both lots of chicken were again oversalty, overcooked with the same solid coating. Chips were too salty too, both to the point of inedible. For a better experience try the Interchange branch.

   If I could give ZERO stars for this KFC I would!!! Went in last Friday about 5.45 after a long day, there was no one in the queue..but about 4-5 staff loitering behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I looked at the board to see what I fancied, and a guy behind the counter just pointed at the till with a sour face.. RUDE!!! so I went to the till and there were 3 staff stood right in front of it. 1 looked at me.. and then just turned away and ignored me and carried on talking to the other 2.. must have stood there for at least a minute and not 1 of them even bothered to acknowledge me let alone take my order.. EVEN MORE RUDE!!! So I just rolled my eyes and walked out and went next door for food to the chippy, and what a difference.. really lovely, friendly and polite staff and really tasty food. Thought KFC Tavistock St was dire (would not go to either of em ever again) but these bunch of RUDE, miserable, lazy individuals at the Kempston branch that were there last Friday evening all need their P45s!!!!
