One of the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. This fish is better than some I have eaten at the seaside.Even the chips are homemade. This is very important because all fast food is served frozen. You are simply the best.
We recently moved to Biddenham from Hertford and can’t get over how incredible this fish and chips is. It’s our absolute favourite and best we’ve ever had in the whole country. Both cod and chips taste delicious every time. They were once closed and we were silly to go elsewhere and all we did during the whole meal was talk about how much better this place is. Never making that mistake again! An absolute gem find in Bedford and I highly recommend. An honest business that also accepts card payments is a huge bonus. It really annoys us when others say to go to the closest supermarket to take cash out for them in today’s day and age. Keep up the brilliant work and my husband and I look forward to bringing our children here for many years to come.
Extremely friendly fish and chip shop like you'd hope. Ordered a haddock and chips, got salt and vinegar exactly like you'd hope to be asked. They don't do battered mars bars but despite my heavy stutter are more than happy to accomodate their customers. First time ordering from here and extremely happy. Don't let the name fool you, this is a real fish and chip shop. Fish and chips done to perfection. The young lad and older man were very friendly and it's exactly what you'd expect. Will absolutely come back here again after my first order and will likely leave a tip. These sorts of shops are exactly what we have to keep in business. Honestly one of the best fish and chip shops I've ever been to, if you visit here you will not be disappointed.
Best chip shop by far I have ever come across
For me this shop still does the best fish and chips in the world. Grow up, eating from here and the shop has been consistent. Still taste the same as when I had it 30 odd years ago. Owner are always friendly and the shop remain busy and represent abit of Bedford history. My go to for fish and chips in bedford.
