   Disappointing experience with customer service. I received an incorrect order, and when I raised the issue, I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment based on my experience.

   Hi. I ordered a takeaway tonight from your restaurant. The food was delivered at the ribjt time. Thank you to that. The food was to the expected standard except for the wrap that i ordered. I received the wrap. The chicken was cold and just didn't taste nice. The texture of it was not great. I think its fair on both halfs if I just received a refund for the wrap. Thank you again for your service.

   pizza was disgusting. the cheese didn't even taste like cheese and the pizza arrived cold. they didn't separate the pizza from the ice ream so it was completely melted. it took 2.2 hrs to get here. i would 100% recommend Audley fast food it is amazing has good options and the pizza is the best pizza i have ever had.

   This place is under new TERRIBLE management use to order all the time and it was spot on but NOT anymore literally took 2 hours to turn up 3 times in a row then the delivery driver couldn't find my house he was in the wrong bloody county by the sounds of it had to direct him for 5 mins on the phone it was laughable then he couldn't find it again the next time I ordered haha then he told me he was the manger god help this place .. oh and if you order cheese and chips they won't put the cheese on :) honestly this place is terrible now use to be amazing . Anyway enjoy your food from flames I guess

   Very Disappointed to find that this pizza restaurant is under new, worse management. Food was delivered cold 3 times in a row, and the driver was rude!! When we did not receive our drinks and he did not bother to come back with them I got a voicemail message from the manager, but no offer of a refund or to deliver the drinks or even an attempt to speak to me in person. This place used to be excellent - it's poor performance of late is disappointing in the extreme. Don't bother.

   We've always ordered from here, don't get me wrong the food is nice, but the service is absolutely shocking waited well over an hour and half for a pizza and staff don't know what they are talking about
