   We have been on holiday and visited twice and been very impressed with the customer service. The staff are very attentive and engaging. We had the salmon fillets and seabass dishes which were both cooked to our liking. We also had two beef burgers which again were full of flavour. Will will visit again before going home. Level access and most of the tables have divides between them with curtains which makes the experience cosy.

   For another 2pounds you are better off going down the road for a good roast.The roast mixed meat was ok but the vegetables that came with it were terrible…….I would not serve them even to my worst enemy. The vegetables were overcooked and not edible. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection very good…..the rest of it Iam struggling to rate it.for the price of it I think it’s not worth it…there are better places than this one.only good thing about it was the meat the rest no no no and no out of order.2/10

   We have been visiting Great Yarmouth at least twice a year for the past 10 years and and we always eat at The Arches. The food is amazing and the service is first class. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and cannot do enough for you. Easily the best restaurant in Great Yarmouth.

   The staff were charismatic, our server was great and very polite which is what the star is for. We ordered the beef roast dinner and the cod and chips. It came out within minutes, but the only warm thing on the plate was the gravy and the chips. To my disgust, on opening my fish I discovered a parasite inside. I dont know what passes for good food in yarmouth but I can guarantee its not this. The server was very quiet about it, but accepted what was wrong with the meal and didn't charge us for anything but the drinks. I will never return here, and will be tipping off health and food standards to make a prompt visit, this restaurant will end up harming someone.

   Food was incredible! A speciality in pub food just done to a very very good quality! The place could of done with a update with furniture and lighting to look more inviting. However the staff work SO hard I had to tip! The service was delightful even with a full restaurant! Very pleased! We would return 100% if we lived close!

   I was very pleased today at my waitress. I think her name was Courtney but I can't remember. Very friendly and had amazing suggestions for dinner. My son started running around out the front and she took a minute to play with him. That was amazing customer service. The food was good also. I had the chicken stroganoff which was great. I would recommend adding a pasta to it though. The prices were fair and food/service were great. I will come back for sure. Pictures of menu and our meal.
