   Filthy.. i mean disgusting. Every chair stained. Cream and blue chairs looks like a crime scene. Some brown gone off salad and a coke with some sort of brown dirt at the bottom. I wouldnt eat here again.. ever. I get the vaule for money element. I dont expect the ritz but id love enviromental health turn up the same day i did. Grubby, distgusting, fowl. Third world standards. Had a shower when i got back home.

   Today I was visiting Weston Favell and decided to have lunch at Jenny's. When I was working at Weston Favell I was always in Jenny's. I found it a great place to eat. Today not so, 11/10/25. I went in and took a seat in the corner of the restaurant. I was on my own. I looked at the menu and knew what I wanted. A waitress looked at me and ignored me. She walked passed my table and still ignored me. I held up the menu and still no service. I counted 3 waiters and 1 waitress standing around. The waitress looked over at me, instead of coming over to me she went to the other side of the room to a waiter, who was wiping down a table and said something to him and he handed the cloth to her and came over to my table. By this time I had been waiting about 10 minutes. A family of 3 came in after me and got served more or less straight away. Server by a waiter and the waitress My meal was lovely. Good portions. Peri, peri chicken wings and chips with garnish with orange juice. After eating i was again waiting for someone to come to my table. The waitress came took my plate away, she did not even asked me if I wanted anything else, and still left me waiting. 5 minutes later my waiter came to my table and I explained to him what had happened. I told him I was not happy with the service. I ordered a dessert, it was bought to me by another waiter. I eat my dessert and soon after went and paid for my meal. Overall I was not happy with the service and I will not be going back. They need to do better.

   Sometimes forget how good this place is! Fantastic value, decent portions, good food, seems to always have plenty of space. Fast, efficient, friendly and polite staff. Also has Frango Grill chicken restaurant in same space but not tried. Atmosphere marked as 4 because big open shopping centre space although nice decor.

   Always go to Jenny’s when we’re in Weston Favell, the place is always so welcoming, clean and tidy even when busy, staff super kind, friendly and helpful, food we choose is utterly beautiful!!!! Sometimes we have dessert but not regularly as always so full! Meals excellent value for money, always piping hot!!! Absolutely love going here and always will whilst we’re around the area

   Food is always good. Excellent value. They are very helpful voluntarily to anyone with additional needs. Sadly they do not offer alternate milk products which is a shame as many are lactose intolerant

   Lovely big restaurant we went last week without thinking about it being half term, thought it would be mental, but was nicely managed with the amount of tables. Lovely staff, very clean, the staff clear & clean the tables as soon possibe, the food is excellent beautifully cooked, no toilets inside the restaurant but they next door in the centre. Can honestly say never had a problem with food .

   Great restaurant. Staff are so polite. Food is fabulous.. never had a bad meal. Prices are very reasonable too. Always has clean tables, nothing is too much trouble for staff. Would highly recommend.
