   A regular . Decided to get in person . Didn’t give us all of our order . Called them and they did give us the stuff they missed but waited 55 mins to receive it . Then only one of us was able to eat . They should have given us a whole order. The peri peri strips were tiny compared to to normal. £5.49 for them . Very disappointed . As it’s was last takeaway of the year for our night in . Definitely not going back to this place .

   We've used this takeaway a few times before with no problem but tonight has been awful service. After waiting over an hour once we'd ordered through the app, we called to be told it was just being made and would be another 15-30 minutes. Then before we could tell him we didn't want the food any more he hung up, we called back and no answer. Food turned up and hour later and we sent it away.

   I ordered a chicken wrap meal with a garlic sauce pot. The garlic sauce had a piece of black hair in it. This is not the first time finding hairs in my food from this place, however I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly nothing has changed. I binned the food as I did not want to take any risks. The garlic sauce was kept to the side to show the driver when he came back to deliver more sauces, but there was no need as the food was already in the trash. The driver was nice and polite and I understand it was not his fault. On the other hand, I did call the restaurant up immediately and complained, the guy seemed as if he found it strange for me to complain about this and just replied with “ok sooo you want another one?” Well of course I do hun. Better yet, you can run my money back to me too. Did not receive any apology or refund. Am I in the wrong to be upset about hair in my food? Is this normal for them? Not sure why he found it so bizarre for me to call the shop about this. He muttered something under his breath before ending the call. Professional? I think not. If you enjoy finding hairs in your food then order from this place. Otherwise, avoid at all costs!

   Liked it before but lately been receiving super greasy food and my last order wasn’t what I ordered. Tried calling them-not picking up; emailed them-not responding. Shocking. Won’t order from them anymore.

   Tried this takeaway last night. Burger smothered in sauce to cover up the burned burger, chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated from the night before, and the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño cream cheese were burned so bad there was no filling left. Avoid like the plague !

   Extremely rude staff. My order wasn’t confirmed. So I called to Check all was ok. I was told they hadn’t received an order, it’s not their problem and to speak with deliveroo. Instead of just explaining politely they talked over me and basically told me I was lying and I’d ordered from Somewhere else. When the food arrived it was cold and wrong. On the Deliveroo site it says pepperoni lover is pepperoni cheese mushroom and onions. The pepperoni plus says double pepperoni and double cheese so we ordered the pepperoni plus as we didn't want the onions and mushrooms. I called them to again be called a liar. They said the names were the other way around. I’ve checked everywhere else and yes it is the way round lotus said but on Deliveroo it wasn’t and as I didn’t look elsewhere when ordering I went with what the Deliveroo menu said. The shop kept saying I ordered wrong but would send out another pizza. Also ordered large pizzas. One was large other was medium. Still waiting for a new pizza so will see.

   PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! For the second time, the wrong pizzas were delivered - even at two attempts. When we tried to speak to someone, they were excpetionally rude. No concept of customer service whatsoever. The 'Greek salad' (pictured) tasted terrible. Any self-respecting Greek would be embarrassed by the name. The BBQ chicken balls tasted okay and the driver was pleasant. This 'restaurant' ruined our takeaway night and wasted our time and money.
