So dissatisfied tonight Chips were re warmed and hard Prawn crackers and pompadoms both soggy Batter on sweet sour balls soggy Waste of £21,60 all gone in bin
My husband and I have a Chinese on Friday teatime, the food is delicious although the sweet and sour sauce is always good tonight it was exceptional. Delivery is always prompt, keep up the good work

We've never had a bad takeaway from Lucky Star. Big portion sizes (always a generous number of king prawns in the KPC!). The lady on the desk is always very helpful and friendly, too ☺️
Sorry to say that this was the worse Chinese we've had. Normally order from Superstar or WokPan but they were closed tonight. The food here is tasteless and the noodles tasted like cardboard. Chips were pretty good though
We didn't have a big order and they got that wrong, I had Szechuan Chicken, which I added hot sauce to because it wasn't spicy and had no sauce so never again Lucky Star.
Very good food , best spring rolls I’ve had in ages. They have an issue with their delivery drivers taking a long time to come back, I ended up collecting the food as didn’t want to wait any longer (1 hour 30). When I went in the lady was friendly and the food given to me straight away. Would use again but only as I’m near enough ti collect.
Terrible service. Order food at half 7 then recieved a test to say our food had been deliver at 8.55 (which it hadn't) then phoned to shop and they said they couldn't tell me where the driver was because she wasn't answering her phone. So was left with no food and having to order somewhere else.
** STAY AWAY** I think the lucky star was lucky to even have a 1 star, the young man who spoke with my partner on the phone took our order. Once it arrived, part of the order was missing, so I rang back to explain the issue (no apology given).APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was told that I would have a return call back re the missing food (NO RETURN CALL). So I had to ring again and was told to come and collect my remaining food... someone pls explain to me the logic in this, as how is this my problem to have to come down and pick up the food. I went down to air my complaint to the young man behind the counter and again there was no apology for the error made by the shop. i have been a customer for years and to be treated like that this was embarrassing!! VERY SUB STANDARD
