   Very rude to customers.. I made an order and forgot they told me they did not have asun and when i called for them to cancel so i re-order,the lady was very rude to me and when i asked why she was talking to me rudely,she said why wont she talk to me that way after they told me they did not have the asun in stock..

   I was really disappointed with my recent order. The egusi soup was undercooked and lacked flavour, although the meat itself was tender and well-prepared. The pounded yam was so soft that it kept sticking to my hands even when my hands were wet, which made it quite difficult to eat. On arrival to collect my food, the customer service experience was poor. Two ladies(cashier and a friend) at the counter appeared more focused on their conversation about hair than serving customers. I had to interrupt them to be acknowledged, which was frustrating given I was trying to quickly return to my car due to the limited parking in the area. Overall, the food and service fell below expectations and did not reflect good value or care. It was a disappointing experience.

   Photos attached. Be the judge This was aside the hostile attitude and customer UNfriendliness expressed by the owner/manager over something that was obviously her mistake. Customer service was zero; food was second last to none!
