Had chips and special fried rice....nearly 14 quid!! Portion of chips was like a baby portion! Special fried rice had literally no meat in it, apart from a scattering of poor quality chicken/prawns....sauce was watery, ingredients did not taste fresh....literally no quality at all to the food....but prices high! No...no i won't be back!
Ordered meal for 8'clock, turned up at 7. It certainly was not freshly cooked. This was heated up! Would have thought being an hour early it would have been just been reshly cooked. Appalling! Such a shame as we want to support local businesses, but when they clearly try and rip off customers, it's the last time we will be using them.
I'm here on business. I'm traveling all over the country as late. Only had the one dish, but I was more than happy. The food was great. Il be back again next time I'm in the area. Thank you.
Just had order delivered which to be fair was very quick. BUT, who has lemon chicken on top of lettuce which went soggy and soaked up the lemon sauce?? Not nice, have tried them again as its been a while but no different so defo wont use them again
DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY FOOD from a takeaway that doesn't care about their customers. Terrible food, total waste of £46.10. Luke warm, tasteless with sickly sweet sauces wrong sauce on the crispy chicken (which was soggy) prawn toast over cooked, ribs dry and tough with what seemed to be watered down honey. I went in the next day to talk about my order. A nasty unpleasant man who insisted that all the food was freshly made. When i ordered the meal it was ready in 10 mins! He offered me " a couple of dishes" as compensation. I refused because of the quality of the meal i was complaining about. I said id accept £30 as compensation/refund but he said no and offered just £20. I said about all the other bad reviews but he just said he didn't care about reviews.
Fine when it’s quiet. But order times and quality dive when its busy. Food was tasteless and watery.
Has been the best Chinese for a long time until the last couple of weeks. 2 weeks ago the food turned up late and cold and this week it took 2 hours to arrive. Food was only just warm enough to eat. I think it is time to order from somewhere else now.
£32 spent on Food which arrived cold after nearly 2hrs since ordering and missing can of drink. When we contacted the restaurant we were told to put it in the microwave!!! Driver returned with can of drink but the attitude of the manager has really put us off using them again.
£11 for 1/4 duck! Pancakes were all cut so couldn't use them! Spring onions and cucumber were all dried out and going brown. VERY greasy duck and the plum sauce was weird chocolate brown gravy. Sadly, feel sick now!!!
Previously we have had lovely takeaways from here, until last night!!! Our spring rolls and chips were very undercooked. The soup had a broken lid on it and had been spilt over all of the other food. The crispy beef was chewy and slimey and also in the wrong sauce. Was just awful and ended up throwing the majority of it away. (We never have leftovers) Despite raising a complaint with Just Eat, they have stated that apparently the food can vary depending on who cooks it and I should leave a review. Ta-dah!!! Will NEVER order from here again. ☹️
