Its a takeaway. So no atmosphere. Its hidden away. However, if you find it you have hit gold. I had a large doner, small chips. Great non greasy flavour i have a big appetite but struggled to finish. Service fantastic, lovely lady.
Little gem. Best chips I've had in ages! The food was tasty and it was also fairly priced. They cater for vegetarians. I had a Veggie kabab with chips and thousand island sauce. Friendly staff and I will deffo be back again for another tasty takeaway. Thank you.
I have moved to Northampton recently and have tried other takeaways. I was starting to give up all together of how awful it is here. Then Ray's popped up. I said to the misses one last chance of a takeaway. Rays.... thank you so much. Because of you you are our number 1. Looking forward to the next takeaway.
We are not local, holidaying from Bristol and found and tried Rays based on reviews alone. I’m glad we did, we have our 10/10 kebab place in Bristol and also found Rays and give it 10/10 for very different reasons. Bristols kebabs are very flavoursome but the flavour comes from the fat of the lamb, Rays is much leaner as in less fat but retained much of the flavour you need from a kebab, the main difference between them is the salad, our local has a salad dressing of lemon and olive oil which Rays does not so although very much ok I think what was a great kebab could be lifted with a little dressing. All said and done, when we are back this way we will be looking at Rays for another. My wife’s mixed kebab came with a little beef, which was a surprise as our local is just lamb and chicken, all very nice. Thank you Ray and team.
First time I have ordered from here as my 15 year old great granddaughter wanted a kebab, The lady taking the order was absolutely lovely as I wasn’t too sure what I was ordering, I have to say for the price of the food it’s pure value for money, It was absolutely beautiful fresh hot and tasty. It certainly won’t be the last time we order from here highly recommended.
