   I had a recent order from Istanbul Chef. It was awful. The döner was cut like doorstops and dry with very little taste. Chilli sauce was the worse I have ever had just awful. This place used to be one of the best, now it's one of the worst.

   We ordered two kebabs for delivery, with nothing else, through Just Eat. The estimated time was 35 minutes. - The food took two hours to arrive!!! - The delivery driver got lost, but apparently "doesn't have Google maps" (I suggest he gives it a try tbh). - The food was poor quality, and really small portions (the picture I've attached shows the food before I've touched it). The chilli sauce is like tomatoes with some herbs in. The chicken has a bitter taste to it. Wildly overpriced, and poor quality food with unnecessarily slow delivery. We paid £36!!!!!!! Absolute tear jerker. Avoid.

   Ordered online via Just Eat - Chocolate Cake didn't resemble a cake, it was a total mush, unrecognisable and only fit for the bin!

   I order from here fairly frequently and today they missed some of the order on delivery. When I spoke to the store the call handler was the single rudest person I have ever spoken to in the hospitality industry. I won't order from them again.

   09/02/2023 22:25 I ordered in place mixed kebab with all salads. I received waited (Not fresh cutted) meat, lamb+chicken (9:1), coleslaw salad and onion (without cucumber, tomatoes and others). Not satisfied. I came back home in 6 minutes (walk). Food half warm and disappointment about order.

   Very poor meal hardy any Chichen in my Chichen kerbs salaried and donor meat so just cheap meat poor show last time I eat there bad show

   I wouldn’t eat here again, raw meat and now I’ve got liquid coming out both ends! :( the fact they have a 5 star hygiene rating in the shop window but the councils got them down as a 3 says it all

   I planned to eat it at home but couldn’t resist at had to eat it in the car hahah Highly recommend this place, been eating here for years! Lovely stuff, delicious food finished off with personal touch 10/10 ⭐️
