The new machines to order are terrible, 1 of the 4 are out of order, then once order is placed. Im told the food wont be ready for another 10 minutes, (so much for fast and convenient) If it was as simple as talking to someone in there, it would be back to its old 5 star rating. Used to love this place.
Ordered off of uber eats…literally got half of our order wrong, ordered sprite and got coke 0, and cheese garlic bites and ended up with the spicy ones??? And hardly any filling in 6inch…really not great.
3 people serving. 1 rammed the fillings into sandwich, no customer service. 2 no customer service,looked like she did not want to be there.just flung salad into rolls. 3 most pleasant young man,customer service was excellent, smile friendly even got me to buy a bit more produce.

The food is fresh and tasty. Staff is working hard to keep up with orders and other chores, but it lacks personal touch.. especially now with new screens to order, your contact with staff is limited. Screens blocking the view of food preparation station. I found the previous setting more helpful, as you could see, if the salad is fresh.
They didn't allow me to use the seats after 7pm. I was forced to leave and eat outside with my kids. I'm not impressed.
Subway is what it is great value tasty food and would happily have given 5 stars, but felt I had to take 1 as the menu hadn't been updated and they didn't have some of the ingredients we wanted. They hadn't just sold out it had been discontinued which is why they lost a star, otherwise what they did have was good and the service was friendly and efficient.

Only good if you order online from here. I always have issues when ordering in the store as the workers always get confused or make the order wrong. Language barrier is tough and they seem rather clueless even of their own stock. But their salad options are fresh so well taken care of.
Nice clean store. Good friendly staff. Sufficient on street parking. Also do delivery via JustEat
