Visited today for the first time, and used their take out menu. The 3 toasted ciabattas we had were amazing, with good quality sausages. Their service was great too. I will definitely go back.

We were shown to our table which was 12" from the next table. Speaker right above our head, I am a little hard of hearing so couldn't here what my partner was saying. Table right next to the staff toilet so naturally felt a bit weird. We had to ask for service, food was ok. Fried egg overdone, hash brown under done. At no point no one stopped to ask if everything was ok. Cappuccino was luke warm. English breakfast tea was weak. I was looking forward to my breakfast but left underwhelmed! Staff members who did speak to us were lovely. Too many tables and such a loud place couldn't hear anything and ruined the atmosphere!

Place is nice and relaxing, All staff were friendly. Table had drink marks on so wasn’t wiped. Food was decent but ordered the 3 eggs on toast (from the menu) I got 2 eggs, when I asked for brown sauce I got the smallest portion (pic attached) maybe some sauce should be allowed! Matcha latte was so bad I had to buy an apple juice to take the taste away. Very basic for the prices would defo not return.

We visited on a very busy Saturday, we only ordered drinks and pastries (attached below). The croissant I had was to die for and the highlight of the experience. The service was really quick and the staff were very friendly. The only negative I have is I felt it was maybe abit too loud within the foyer where we sat and struggled to hear each other. Apart from that 5 stars from us for the overall experience⭐️

Lovely staff. Very polite and friendly. If you're in Towcester and you are meeting friends, definitely worth a visit

Great food, questionable service, been a few times. Usually friendly but on last vist blonde girl blue fleece seemed to find serving an inconvenience. Just dumped everything on table for us to sort ourselves. And same with our food. Food came within 10 minutes of ordering great! But our drinks came 5 minutes later. The food and drinks are great and totally worth visiting. Sadly the staff need training, mostly they're conversations between one another about nothing work related can wait till they've seated us. Not to ignore us when stood at till waiting to pay. Not to acknowledge and apologise when bringing our drinks when we're halfway through meal. Mostly, to leave they're phones alone and not to make it so blatantly obvious they don't want to be serving anyone.

Tried today for the first time for brunch. Great quality food. Friendly welcoming staff. Will definitely return to try other things from the menu. We had the full breakfast and the bacon and sausage ciabatta

When cafes reach this level of maturity, it's the little things that make a huge difference. The difference, in this case was the front of house staff member. What a bright, warm, happy personality. The type of person that would bring a smile to your face if you'd just arrived having had the worst day of your life up until that point. I love the decor. It's bright and colourful inside. Bright and breezy outside. The food is contemporary and tasty. It looks lovely. It was great to see Ten Hands Cafe Bar serving coffee roasted just up the road. A local informed me that the coffee is prepared by Leeds Roastery North Star. To avoid disappointment, make sure you book a table. They are quick at responding to messages.
