   Got a take away for first time and last time....the poppadoms weren't crispy at all-soggy and horrible-one of the chutneys had a weird after taste and we couldnt eat it.we ordered a garlic nan bread-?unfortunately no garlicky taste at all.The chicken balti was alright.But unfortunately the next day we both had upset tummies and the runs.Very disappointing and will definitely not order again.

   The delivery was as stated, and we are at a rural location. Although the staff in the shop did not pass on my directions to the driver which was evident. However the food was atrocious! No flavour at all, and I would go as far to say if I went to Tesco I would get a better curry. The worst curry I have had in a long time. I didn’t bother ringing to complain, as I don’t see how it could be rectified, every aspect of it didn’t have any taste.

   Absolutely delicious...garlic toasted to perfection, could not have enjoyed it more. Everyone has to try the garlic rice! Paid on card and unsure of etiquette re tips, arrived sooner than expected and wish I'd been prepped with a tip for chef and delivery.

   I ordered 5th December(a Thursday). Delivery according to the website was 65 mins. After over 1hr 30m I called them to be told they have been busy and my order was being packaged as we spoke, I explained if it was not here then in 10 minutes I would need to cancel, to which she said she will just cancel it then, to which I took to assume it was not being packaged as I only live less than a mile away. Got a call off a lovely man on the Friday saying he was the manager and had not been in that night and as an apology I could have a free main course next time I ordered and that he would put a voucher through my door. Today 18th December I received a letter( see photo). It was not a busy Sunday night as in the letter, I assume this is a letter that must get sent out regularly. I have to spend £20 to claim my free main ( I live alone) and it expires today. I would imagine the delivery wait would be a lot longer on a Saturday evening and am appalled I have to spend £20 for their ineptitude in the first place. Needless to say I won't be placing an order tonight. I was genuinely going to give them another chance as mistakes can happen especially as I had the very nice call over a week ago apologising, however due to the "voucher " I received today this will not be the case
