£5/£8 rail can’t go wrong. Stuff inside is a bit pricier but par for the course

Went to buy an item (waited 5 mins at the till) and asked for a bag (when they finally saw to me). Apparently they pay 48p for each paper bag and my custom was not worthy of a bag. Would have been happy to buy one but he swore at me and told me to leave the shop. Rude man... and bald

DO NOT COME HERE! The bald worker is the rudest man in Brighton. He got mad at me for asking for a bag and he mocked me and then when I queried why, he told me to leave the shop. Would avoid at all costs.

I walked into this shop after going out alone in Brighton for the first time. I am not from Brighton and found it daunting that I had no clue where I was going anyway. The staff in this shop are nasty. One woman in particular after holding a garment I wanted to buy and heading up to the female section for a further look, she didn't even wait till I was on the third step up before slagging me off to other colleagues, merely asking her with a smile of it was okay to go and look upstairs. I won't come back and I certainly won't tell any friends too, disgusted! I went to another shop who told me the young workers there are always rude to customers.

Absolutely fantastic store. Went in there with a mind to buy some cowboy boots for my gf. Bought a pair for a great price. unfortunately gf wasn't too fond of that pair so took her into the store the next day, staff were really helpful and let gf swap for a pair she loved. Whilst I was there also bought some flannels for a bargain price. If you are ever in Brighton or in the lanes you have to visit Dirty Harrys!
