   Food is burnt , you ring up to make complaint and the women on the phone said they couldn’t re fund the money so they offer us food for the amount we paid (40pound) so we put the order in to have a phone call off the lad to argue with us and continue to call us a liar and that we are no longer welcome at Cheadle noodle bar he asked for proof of food so we sent pictures over of the food which was burnt and hard and he said that’s how the food is , chicken was brown was that over cooked , not to mention it gives u the runs. Poor customer service And shocking food..!

   We must of had the weekend leftovers, we had a take away last night. the chicken fried rice was very dry, the chicken was super tough and it was obvious we had the weekends left over. the prawn crackers were even soft. the curry was tasteless and our teenager also said her food didn't taste good and was dry.... we all woke up this morning with bad stomachs.

   After waiting for our order for over an hour, we phoned to check its status. We were then told they haven’t even started cooking it. No effort to contact us or update us on the order was made. When we asked them to refund the money to the card they refused. We had to go to the store to get the money in cash.

   The basics done averagely. Overall an underwhelming experience a singapore chow mein that was bland lacking punch and was basically untransformed lucky boat noodles with some veg chucked in. Egg fried rice that to me felt like it'd been packed into that takeaway box for a while leading it to be in one amalgamated sweaty rice block. Redeeming factor was the salt and pepper box, crisp chicken, juicy ribs, variety of other components with good flavours. But I'd consider this a baseline for any half decent chinese. Better options locally.

   I don't normally put a negative review, but 3 times we've ordered food from here, 1st meal, cold, sweet chilli sauce half full, chips cold burned like scratchings shocking meal not nice, 2nd was nice arrived quickly really nice apart from having to warm chips up, 3rd all warmish chips burned and cold, chicken curry warm, and thick, sweet sour sauce cold half full, chicken hard food rubbish, I telephone to complain I'd had enough of paying good money the person on the phone said he was sorry and would speak to the chef????? Won't be ordering again

   Having just been in to order I must say I’m left really dissatisfied. I ordered the chicken curry and rice box. The sauce was that thick it sat at the top, the chicken rock hard and the chips have definitely been cooked more than once! Awful & will not be returning

   This is so fantastic, we have lived in Tean for years and had such bad experiences with Chinese food. The food was fresh, authentic, tasty and just wonderful. Cant believe it's the first time we tried it. So quick. We will be going back.
