   Didn't deliver all my purchases and impossible to contact so got no remedy payment or food as just eat hopeless too. Dall and mango chutney not delivered yet paid all in advance. No contact means cannot check being cheated...

   Great depth to the flavours. Beautiful freshly made naan. Very friendly service. Very attentive and prompt. Had a lamb madras and chicken madras - the restaurant adjusted the heat of the latter for my guest. Good range of drinks. Kingfisher and Cobra beer and spirits, liqueurs etc. Food served at table on heated metal plates. Gave us a free side dish (sag aloo). Little chocs at end. I always come here when staying in the area. Nice evening.

   The oldest established Indian restaurant in Bedford, est, 1981. Excellent food, tasty, well cooked and presented, no long wait for takeaways, generous portion sizes., Friendly, professional, courteous service and very very clean. I'd admit that perhaps it is not cutting edge in contemporary decor, but who cares when the overall experience and feeling is this good. There are a good number of Indian restaurants in this area, some of their chefs did their training at Magna. Magna also sponsor local youth sport and raise funds for environmental projects in the more deprived areas of the sub-continent, so an impressive wider community involvement here. Excellent restaurant, excellent staff, excellent food,, excellent experience. Very highly recommended. In this game, to last this long says it all! * * * * *

   Very good place. The staff are superb, very kind when explaining the dishes and offers available. The service is good and the food was good quality. It's also a plus that they open until late, we went for dinner at 10pm and there was no problem

   The staff are great, very friendly and generous (free beer whilst waiting for my takeaway) and they threw in a couple of extra small dishes for free, so my hopes were high. Unfornantely, the curry just isn't that good. Really greasy and overcooked. It's a shame as the staff are really nice.
