   2nd time ive visited this week. drive through both times waited forever 1st time and order was wrong, but staff corrected it. just been and that slow drive through people starting to go in to fetch food. . I found mine sitting on the side getting cold while they were serving uber and in house. no dips in when i got home. not the young lady on the fronts fault. under staffed.... rubbish. wont bother again

   I want to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service at KFC Meir. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially a gentleman named Hasnan — he’s an absolute star. I visit KFC every Saturday, and as an older customer, I truly appreciate the kindness he shows. He always opens the door for me with a big smile, helps me place my order on the kiosk, and makes sure my food is prepared as quickly as possible. He even sees me off with another warm smile when I leave. It really makes my day every time. Overall, I love KFC Meir and the wonderful service they provide. The only small downside is that the lobby can sometimes be a little messy, but everything else is spot on. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

   From the moment I walked in this weekend just gone — the place was clean and staff were welcoming. It’s clear this branch is well-managed. A huge shoutout to the manager, Melissa, who clearly runs a tight ship. Their professionalism and hands-on approach made a big impression. You can tell they truly care about both the team and the customer experience, and definitely leads by example. One of the best KFC branches I’ve visited for food (was warm, coated and chips were fresh — the place was clean, well-run, and a pleasure from start to finish! We dined in this time but have used the drive through before and never had an issue! Would highly recommend!

   Service is slow ben did more talking than taking orders, store was dirty and untidy boxes all over the place. Food was missing so had to go back then when we got home we found the bugars was wrong

   Every single time we come through this drive through we have to wait for ages for the food. Today we waited for one ice cream for 15 min which at this point calling it fast food is a joke.

   Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes - would not normally mind but there was no queue. Then when we eventually ordered and paid it too a further 5 minutes to pay and 15 further minutes to get our food. They were not busy at all so how come it took so long ?

   Lots of teenagers, my son felt nervous around them. The food prices are high and not big portions. The staff were lovely but too busy with UBER orders.

   A group of 4 staff were smoking outside the front door creating a horrible smell and atmosphere going into the restaurant. Staff insulted my partner and then laughed behind her back about it, will be taking this to corporate. Would not recommend!!
