   I have shopped at Debenham 's for many years and hold a gold card which indicates how much I shop there!!!.. shopped today .first visit since March this year. loved it!!. initially returned items I bought on line .Easy and problem free. my account updated and recieved an e-mail to verify refund within an hour. very impressed . antibac squishy hand gel at entrance to store. lovely helpful chap to greet customers and advise/direct. anxiety levels dropped to zero. well done. shopped with confidence. The young man who served me was warm polite and welcoming. He is a credit to Debenham s. look after him!!!!.Whole shopping experience was wonderful. felt safe and looked after. hats off to you all.jane chivers. xx

   My bestest friend mentioned how much she loves the Lancome product range at Debenhams, and the rest is history.....I keep going back and get served by the most helpful and cheerful lady, who always has the time to go through a consultation, and it's not surprising I too fell in love with Lancome beauty products ...........

   I shop online and in store. Brand names, new designer and a good cross-section so I will always find something. Good prices and when there's a sale it's a real sale not a 'fake full price crossed-out with a minimal discount'. There are loads of counterfeit brand names online and this is where Debenhams won't let you down. I consider Debenhams as my number one shop to go to, you should too!

   Firstly the lift is out of order, second week running. Had a good look round for cord trousers but nothing like the ones I bought last year In fact every thing I looked at was far dearer than last Winter. Lots of sale items but nothing worth investing in. So bought absolutely nothing. Will now look on line. Much easier than trolling the high Street and finding nothing I was looking for.

   We drove 18 miles to shop for a new suit and received a fantastic service. I was measured up and tried a couple on with no pressure or rushing. Even the girls on the cash counter couldn't have been more helpful. I will shop here again next time I need clothes.

   Nice. Too busy but it was almost Xmas. Staff helpful. I went for a posh vinegar and oil set I saw on the net and with staff help located it quickly. In and out in 20 minutes including the queue to pay! Loses one star because as I entered near the perfumery the competing scents were overwhelmingly nauseating

   I'm well aware these big department stores are struggling on our high streets as more and more competition is now found online. You can still find a bargain or two with their regular sales they appear to have. Cafe is reasonable for a breakfast (cooked to order) coffee and cake. Not necessarily all at the same time. I've always found the staff helpful and engaging. Use it or lose it I think.
