Stayed here with my wife for one night whilst attending a Wedding at a nearby venue. Very attentive staff. Bedroom comfortable and clean. Had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast of a very good standard. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent little hotel. Room was a delight, with very traditional decor. I had a double suite off the courtyard. I thought I might be cold after returning from the restaurant but there was an additional small plug in radiator that heated the room very quickly. Had a good sleep and the breakfast was very good.

Easy to find. In a good location.( We were going to a wedding at Aston marina). Lovely clean room. Bathroom was very clean and toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent. Main course waiter service. Restaurant very pleasant and staff friendly and helpful. There was a swimming pool which my son and granddaughter used which they thoroughly enjoyed too.

We booked to stay at Stone House Hotel before and after our wedding which was at a nearby venue. The night before I stayed in a suite. The rooms were very clean although some of normal rooms were a little dated. It was also quite a walk to the suites with all of our things for getting ready but we managed! The night of the wedding, we also stayed in a suite and reserved a number of rooms for our guests to book at a discounted rate. Our room was decorated with rose petals. Our guests found this process really easy and everyone we dealt with at Stone House was really helpful. Late check in due to the wedding was no problem at all and breakfast was of a really good quality. Although, I would have appreciated more options on the continental side. We did not use the facilities. All round a really good stay.

Had a lovely weekend stay here with my partner. We had our own private patio and garden which was really romantic. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were well maintained. I'd definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Used the hotel as a stop over from manchester to Birmingham as a treat. Had a warm welcome from Reception, lovely ground floor room Bed was a bit soft but we are used a firmer bed. Hotel was lovely and clean, all staff were lovely and friendly. Food for dinner was so tasty and breakfast very filling. Didn't use the spa . Would definitely use again .

Had a lovely stay. Our twin room with disabled access was cosy and clean. The restaurant and lounge areas were nice. The food was excellent (I had the chickpea curry which was delicious). The pool was a bit cold but using the sauna as well was nice. Staff were friendly enough.

Had a very nice overnight stay here. Rooms are comfortable and the whole hotel a very nice standard. Staff welcoming and friendly, breakfast very good. I feel I had great value for money having booked a little in advance as prices did go up nearer the date of my stay.

On arrival to the hotel it seemed quite nice, wasnβt a very warm welcome or helpful, they didnβt tell us anything bar where our room was. When we got to our room we were instantly regretting our choice of hotel, it looked very tired but appeared to be at least a clean enough standard until we started settling and moved the beds together for our child. I have never seen dust like it. It was literally clumps of dust like hairballs the size of half my fist. Itβs clearly never been cleaned. Not good for an asthmatic person or baby. The beds are the worst Iβve ever slept on, so soft you can feel the springs and it actually hurt to lay down. If the carpets were cleaned I would have considered sleeping on the floor. In the morning we went for breakfast. The Highchair had food crusted on the table. We asked for this to be wiped, the staff half wiped some of it off exclaiming thatβs the best they could do :S we stayed for another couple of minutes until a piece of stale bread and ham fell on my childβs lap totally putting us off eating there we made our excuses and left without breakfast. We asked for this to be refunded which they did so. Wouldnβt stay there again.
