   We ordered today online to pick up and I've ordered a lot of times so many and the food is always fresh 100% of the time and we ordered this one time and we ordered a whole chicken with two large chips are house is a couple of houses down and there was a new man there we are guessing he was new as we've seen him working elsewhere and he's treated us badly I'm not sure why but anyway let me get to the point we went home with the food and I opened everything not one thing was hot so we went back and one piece of chicken was missing this was due to a autistic child in our house hold eating it so we took it back the man was arguing with me none stop telling me the child shouldn't have ate it this was out of order we asked him for new chicken as every other time the food is boiling hot this one time a new man was there it's frozen cold but I know where I stand with this place from now on I will be telling everyone I know about this so they know full well what this place is like and what this one man is like he is out of order the other people that work here are brilliant every other time but this is the last time I come to this place.

   Visited Desigrill last Friday evening, not for the first time I might add, and it never fails to disappoint. Had the Peri Peri chicken kebab and peri peri wings and as long as you like spice they’re awesome. Had some halloumi fries which were great, especially with the tomato salsa dip. One word of advice, if you have the cookie dough, don’t microwave it for quite as long as it says on the box as it could have done with 30 seconds less. They’re doing a great offer at the moment where telephone orders over £12 get free delivery if you quote DESIGRILL25 but not sure how long that will last

   I visit Desi Grill regularly. But have been impressed recently by the refurbishment. Staff are excellent. Always mega friendly. Food is always fresh, tasty and hot. I always ask for specific things and they will always do it, no issues. Excellent.

   Ordered the spicy chicken burger that’s supposed to be dipped a a special spicy sauce. (Couldn’t taste the spicy sauce or see it). The fillet its self was not nice at all tasted as if it was one of them ready made frozen patties that they have just cooked and served it. It was definitely not a fresh fillet that they battered themselves as stated. Tried this place years ago and wasn’t nice and gave them a second chance but still disappointing years later. For the prices they charge the quality of food was rubbish and to top it off the wipe the give you can’t be used as it rips. If you can’t afford to provide better quality wipes stick to tissues it does a better job! Ordered 2 burgers and one stayed as it is so will end up in the bin.

   I would give zero star if it was an option. I don’t bother much with reviews but I had to for desi because it was that bad. If you paid me to eat what you call food I would still say no.

   Absolutely shocking!!!! Bunch of hair in food, it was bad!!! Was asked to bring food back so they can check, no I said, it’s in the bin!!

   Disappointed. Food missing from a £75 order. The customer service was very dismissive. I run a business and I’d go out of my way to ensure my customers were satisfied. Still waiting for the Samosas they said they’d send , to be delivered after 2 hours. Just checked my order history from Just Eat/online and we do spend a reasonable amount. Sadly you’ve lost our business.

   They sent me what looked like a burnt margarita pizza. Upon further inspection the toppings were just buried under a skin of leathery textured cheese. The pizza didn’t look too dissimilar to one of my burnt dinners that I left in the oven too long. My 3 year old son was disappointed because I bought the pizza just for him and it didn’t even taste nice. In the end he shared his dads dry chicken and soggy chips, also from desi grill. The whole dinner was just ruined. My curry was ok though. It hurt that I wasted 20 something pounds on a dinner that wasn’t even nice. I could have better spent that money doing a food shop, but we were feeling lazy today. Next time I’ll know better than to order from desi grill. I’ve told my family and friends about the experience and shared with them photos of the bad pizza. They are shocked the restaurant did nothing to rectify the problem, no refunds no offer of replacement. The staff member on the phone disrespectfully said “A hungry person would eat it” after arguing with him he hung up, no refunds. Sure, yeah. A hungry person would eat it, a hungry person also eats from the trash. I was disappointed and expected better standards from a take out.
