Been coming here since the firat week it opened in 2018. We come prity much every week. We tried several restaurants in the area and found that this was by far the best. Good curries, good value and good service. Well recommended
Wow what a place this is…… food was amazing but service let them down un fortunately . Ordered through the good old app and time said 1 hour on countdown. Hour later nothing but app said out for delivery! 30 minutes later I was on the phone as it said out for delivery and they then told me they were waiting for the driver! Me then thinking my goods been there already 30 minutes keeping warm! Back on the phone 10 minutes later to be told it’s left so I mentioned it better be fresh but I’d already paid on the app and I would have just cancelled. However it did arrive less the popadoms we had ordered!!! I’m thinking this place is going to get a bad review from me and as you know I review food for a living. Anyway back to the food that did arrive….. absolutely delicious and piping hot! All in all it’s definitely a 4 ⭐. After speaking to management we have ordered since, and everything arrived on time and we had free additional items! Will most definitely be ordering again but over the phone works best and you still get 15 percent off which is a great suggestion from management. Would highly recommend this place
Thank you to the wonderful staff and amazing food at the Kismet Hartshill Today was the first anniversary of my mums passing and the staff have been so accommodating and understanding especially when I had to reduce numbers due to sickness within my family. The food was so delicious, service was spot on and nothing was too much trouble My food personally was perfect, so tasty exactly as I remembered it from my previous visit with my sister and husband. I would certainly recommended you all try this restaurant you won’t be disappointed !
Booked on Tuesday as a last minute Friday meal before Christmas. Very accommodating and easy. When we arrived we were welcomed with a smile a looked after attentively throughout our stay. The food was fantastic and presented beautifully. Atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. At the end bill was very reasonable and I thought was a bargain for service and quality. Thanks very much!!!
Delicious food, great atmosphere. We tried this restaurant for the first time, after using the Burslem restaurant in the past, and I can honestly say it is just has good.. dare I say probably better. The food came out on time and everyone ate a the same time (14 people). The staff were attentive, professional and friendly and they didn't hover around you like some other restaurants do. Would definitely recommend visiting the Kismet in Hartshill, 5 Stars from me and my guests.
This is my first time at this branch of Kismet (we normally go to the Burslem branch 4 miles away) so it had a lot to live up to. It didn't start well by trying to fit 7 people on a small table for 6 but after some shuffling around we got a table to fit us all. When drinks orders were taken people were missed. After complaining to the manager the level of service went up. After a small wait starters arrived and I have to say were excellent. Main course followed with similar efficiency and was again very good. Unfortunately when it came to deserts they didn't have any apparently due to supply problems which was a big disappointment. The bill for 7 of us was £210 so not unreasonable. The staff are ok but the bar man was especially good making us special cocktails. Overall I would not come again and would go to the Burslem branch instead. It's cheaper, better service and a full menu.
