Came for a meal in July for my birthday with family and couldn't fault the food or service but two of us have just had a takeaway and I was a bit disappointed with the Duck Cantonese style, it was quite dry with just a drop of bbq sauce so it was basically duck with cabbage. I ate it but it wasn't quite what I was expecting.

I went last night for my daughter and myself. It was our shared birthdays meal. We were a family of 7 and the restaurant was very busy. The staff did their upmost to make us very welcome. The food was excellent, portions were plenty. Me and my family would highly recommend this restaurant. The only downside is, there is no disabled access, fortunately we had people in our party to lift the wheelchair in.
10/10 Brilliant time at the arch last night So accommodating for a big group, absolutely delicious food with the added bonus of a lazy susan which entertained 10 full grown adults far more than it should have. Service couldn’t have been better ❤️ Highly recommend
We went for my Father in laws 60th Birthday. We had set menu A. The food was all amazing from start to finish, lots of it, piping hot and super tasty! The service off the staff was fantastic. We had a great night.
Excellent food and service. There was a wide range of dishes and the prices were reasonable. I had monkfish with onion and ginger, which was cooked to perfection.
Food was good but waiter spilled a glass of red wine on one of the guests and didn't have any sort of compensation in the way of discount - totally ruined the experience and for that reason won't be returning
A party of 34. The food was excellent as always, top quality and cooked fresh. Max and the staff are very professional and accommodating making it a great evening. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend the Arch Restaurant 5 stars
Brought my partner here for a romantic meal. We were greeted by a member to book in. Got a couple of drinks from the bar, and then we were shown to our table. The staff that we had dealings with were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was out of this world. And great value for money. There was a good verity of dishes for vegetarians also. Will definitely be back for more
