    ordered doner& chips with salad& a little chilli sauce,and small chips peas & gravy. Get home there is no salad and meat and chips are swimming in too much sauce.The chips,peas & gravy was large. The staff member that served me was obviously not listening. wouldn't mind if it was busy, but only 1 person was waiting for their food. If you can't listen to your customers they don't return!!!!

    I'm your regular customer. However their products are good most of time and sometimes not.But the staffs is really below average behaviours with customers. Specially, those are bullying people. Their disgusting behaviours make me to avoid the shop but want to go just for the products. This is my kind request for the owner, please check the reviews and get back to ur unprofessional staffs pls.

    Staff pleasant, service quick, food awful. Chips were barely cooked and were one big mush when we opened them. Sausage could have been vegan because there wasn't any meat in them. Batter rock hard . Will not be back.

    Really nice fish and chips at Stoke on Trent. Tried Haddock today, it is really nice. Portions are big in size and price is very moderate. Their service is also very good and deliver is fast. Proper 20 minutes parking is there in front of the shop, good experience.

    7th of October and order two small fish and chips. Friendly staff. £10 for it . Fish taste was disgusting and smell bad. Really disgusting. Second portion was OK. Please stay well clear
