   I noticed a previous review mentioning grumpy staff and bad customer service, but my experience was the complete opposite of that. The restaurant itself is cozy and nicely decorated for Christmas (glad it is back to how it was rather than High Tales). The food was really nice especially the Christmas pudding though the fondue sharer portion size seemed more for one person than to share. I believe the staff member that served us was Natalia? - she was polite, welcoming and always provided service with a smile. She checked we were happy with the food on multiple occasions and acknowedged us on our way out, could not fault her so defintely not the same exoerience as that previous reviewer had. Have to disagree with the plates not being taken away to as we didn't have this issue either. Therefore, I would recommend visiting here and judge for yourself.

   Our first visit. Very busy, which is always a good sign! Very tasty food. Nachos especially. I could have happily eaten a double portion as a main course! Bargain cocktails. Great service. A few of the other customers left a lot to be desired (very loud and swearing every other word) but that's hardly the restaurant's fault! I would definitely go again. Excellent value for money.

   Just as bad as it was before, but looking more fancy inside. The staff, same grumpy, and lacking of the customer service, nobody checking on tables nor people taking plates away, same old, the scampi were undercooked and full of water inside, chips were definitely not a full portion and the price of halloumi fries starter of £6.30 it’s just ridiculous for a GK franchise that get them frozen in bulk. Disappointing, won’t be coming back

   Wow what a change! I absolutely LOVE everything. Food was amazing! We had the ultimate sharer that was so good plenty to share and tasted really nice love the nachos. For mains we had steaks and they came cooked to perfection and we're very tasty. For dessert we had the biscoff cheese cake and fudge cake they were very yummy! There were plenty of TVs around love the pool table and darts and I love the benches! Overall a great experience can't wait to visit again.

   March 2023 I went with the family for a bite to eat and the food was great. Catered for all ages. It was a reasonable price. We were all able to enjoy your food. The furniture is starting to look a bit worn I feel it needs a bit more TLC but for the food and the price was great. The car park is okay, but the spaces need to be slightly wider as I saw a car door being opened and it hit another car door which is a shame. Jan 2022 Food was good but my eyes were bigger than my belly . Way to much . Plenty of car park spaces. Surprised how the seat I was sitting on came off completely. Instead of me moving which I could . I just pushed it back on . Needs some TLC. Prices are good . Food not bad. Service was friendly. Yes I would go back but not sit on that particular table

   Epic staff with epic food and extremely budget friendly We had been warmly welcomed and shown to a see I ask for on out the way upon ordering we had been told by the bar staff that we would get a free starter or pudding wit h was a pleasant surprise The lady who served our food was well presented and very polite We will definitely be returning thank you

   Faultless, nachos for starters was served quickly and tasted lovely, friendly and efficient staff, cheap prices and nice friendly atmosphere. To top it off the smothered steak sizzler tasted absolutely fantastic, props to the chef :). One of the best steaks I’ve had for a long time, very soft and tasty unlike most typical ‘chewy’ rump steaks. Very impressed :). 10/10

   Lovely food and pleasant polite staff helpful but not overbearing when asking if everything is ok, fast service too, not got new dessert of sticky toffee bourbon pudding and also one time when I went to the bar to order desserts I was kept waiting a short while even though no one else needed serving, on the whole a great first visit will definitely return, Shane and Hollie were our servers at the table they were brilliant. Disabled toilet good size plenty of room plenty of handles to hold and very clean

   Chips cold, had a mushroom pie which was empty apart from a bit of a nice tasting gravy and 3 small mushroom pieces... The dip with the other meal was nice but again cold fries.
