   Former delivery driver here, me along with 3 other drivers left when we have seen the state of " behind the scenes " the Donna meet is washed off after use and used for spicy beef in the pizza ( weeks old ) the chicken is left in the heater thing 24hours and re heated in the morning, rats rule the back of the shop and one of the men there loves to perv on girls,

   A week ago, I visited relatives in Stoke-on-Trent. My cousin and I saw Pop's online and decided to get food. When we went, the staff were very friendly. We ordered Pop's style pizza and chicken kebab. Both orders were cooked beautifully and tasted great. The next time I'm in Stoke-on-Trent, I'll definitely order from here again. Thank you, Pop's.

   I went into pops, ordered a chicken kebab in a plain naan with tomatoe relish and lettuce, then on the side a garlic cheese naan and 5 mozerella dippers i then proceeded to wait an unsatisfactory ammount of time for then my order to be incorrect., when given my food i was given a cheesy garlic naan with a chicken kebab inside with lettuce and tomoatoe relish, i then stated that it was not correct to which the staff responded saying they would fix it. The worker then had tried to do the plain naan seperatley and leave the cheesy garlic naan in the kebab, if i wanted that i wouldve previously ordered it but as my order stated i did not. To which i responded asking for the kebab naan to be plain and the other to be cheesy garlic naan. I then got my order and as i had opened it once arriving home, the naan in the kebab was garlic. I clearly stated i wanted that naan to be plain. I am very unsatisfied by the level of service which was given. I was also the only customer in store and there was no other food being prepared at the time. Furthermore, the food was not at satisfactory taste, the mozerella dippers were solid, the cheesy garlic naan was solid and there was no cheese. The chicken kebab was overcooked and there was an excess ammount of lettuce. Overall i am extremely unsatisfied with the level of service and food quality at this takeaway.

   Cheesy garlic pizza burnt and rock hard. Grandson couldn't eat it and tried a piece myself far to burnt and hard. Chicken burger but got no salad! Place has gone down hill loads since new people have taken over. Won't be coming here again. Don't waste your money!

   Usually order from here with no issue... ordered salad seperate that did not arrive all of food was bearly warm...tried to call to complain but got no answer... unfortunatley this experience has made me consider nit ordering again... sorry

   Absolutely terrible service we ordered a takeaway for delivery at 8pm Friday night and it never turned up we contacted Pops after many attempts as the phone was busy to be told 20 mins after we had waited 3 hours at this point. 5 hours later with still no food we contacted food hub for a refund who contacted pops and then said they say they will deliver now so we can’t refund. I advised I wanted a full refund not food 5 hours later. So this morning I contacted again only to get fobbed off. So it looks like I will have to visit the takeaway personally to get my refund.
