   My sandwich was soaked in some sort of liquid, I can only hope it was water and not a cleaning solution. A few days earlier, I visited the same Subway, and a very polite gentleman made me a wonderful sub, so I thought I’d come back and order the same. To my surprise, this time there was a rude lady working probably the same one mentioned in other negative reviews. Some people just don’t seem to care about their jobs, and that’s how customers end up getting sick. That experience has definitely ended my visits to Subway for good

   The lovely staff member recommended waffle fries when I said I wanted a snack. The fries were microwaved, and so I received them soggy and limp and some broken. They didn't even taste fully cooked through inside and were still a bit firm as if they hadn't been properly fried to begin with. What a shame.

   Quickly stopped off for a sub however the staff had other ideas, nearly 15 mins to make a single sub, so long it was cold by the time I got it. Staff just disappearing into the back for minutes at a time with subs left out to go cold. Wasn't even busy so good luck if you see more than one person in front of you.

   This was northbound. However, southbound is in the process of being upgraded. So Subway has now joined the food chain of screen payments. Although if there are any issues to request updates on the order. Was carried out flawless. But disappointed where can't request additional or extra dressings.

   Ordered a big Bombay. Received a BIG disappointment.. Have a look at the pic.. And if we order more, you may write it's name on top.. hv to open, explore, predict what it is to serve to right person..!! Very hard it is..

   Charged full price for a 12 inch subway with a 6inch portion of chicken and cheese inside, when I asked for the actual sandwich to be filled as it should I was told ok but at extra charge. Rude

   This is a Motorway Service Subway, we got here at lunchtime and although there was a reasonable queue the two lads serving did a good job getting through the orders. Fresh food/ingredients as well.
