Possibly the worst McDonalds in the country - default appears very long waits and the food cold when you do finally get it. Staff just shrug shoulders and tut if you dare complain - and genuinely lose the minds if you ask for your receipt (a legal entitlement/requirement)… as they know it’s to complete the survey… Avoid if you can..
Just been through drive through and now remember why I don’t go to McDonald’s - I ordered a large chips, double cheeseburger and apple pie - when I finally opened up what a ripoff - the fries, although for a change, were hot they were medium at best not even half way up the carton - I thought they must have dropped into the bag but no so very disappointed and the burger looked so squashed it looked like it had been flattened deliberately - defo not appetising! Roll on the apple pie let’s see what that’s like uck !!
The ice machine has been broken for months which is OK if you like warm Coke. The bottles of juice were shown the refrigerator but it seems not allowed in it, so they weren't cold either. The fries were only warm and don't bother with the limited pepper and sour cream fries. Oh, and they've already run out of the Care Bear toys which was a big disappointment for my daughter.
Visited the drive through and had a mcplant burger meal as always. There was a wait as always, this doesn't bother me as I'm assured my burger is freshly made. My only gripe with the drive through is that napkins are given occasionally, on this occasion they were not and also for the car next to me who walked in for some. Seeing as it's pretty impossible to eat cleanly I feel napkins are a must. That's why I only gave 3* for service
Went again recently and it was a very different experience. The what wasnt too bad, the drive through was bust but not the inside. The food wasnt very warm and the mcflurry was literally water with 10 mins. There were mess everywhere the bins were overflowing. Great food put togeather in a way that my cheese wasn't stuck to the bottom of the box. Great service and Claire was fantastic and super helpful!
Well, where do I start? I thought 'fast' food was supposed to be, well, fast! I ended up waiting nearly half an hour for my food, whilst several orders that were sent on after mine were completed (I had a relatively small order too). A man infront of me had to return to the front twice, because they got both his drink and his two wraps wrong. By the time our food finally arrived, both the burgers and fries were cold, and they got the drink wrong. The service was absolutely diabolical, and from what I could see, the workers had a 'couldn't care less' attitude that was the cause of the complete and utter shambles that I experienced. Make of that what you will.
Ordered food, always cold and items missing. We had burgers missing and our requests for no cheese ignored on the other meal. Not ideal due to allergies. It’s the same every time, STAY AWAY
This is for Steve on the drive thru. Always polite, has great customer skills and introduces himself. Many of the younger staff could learn a thing or two from how professional Steve is. Keep up the good work.
Every time I go here there is always something wrong with the order. I’m not even exaggerating. Cold fries, no fries, missing food, awful hot chocolate, no sauces, long waits, I’ve had it all. Easily the worst McD’s in the area. I’ve given a 2 instead of 1 because the staff are always nice and friendly. I get the feeling management are none existent or just poor at their jobs. I’ll try again in a few weeks. Maybe I’ll get lucky and have 0 issues but I wouldn’t put a cold fry on it.
Normally I wouldn't be so sad to leave a review on a mcdonalds. But today's visit was a shambles. Forgot my drink, which okay, its understandable due to it being busy, but then I overheard 3 colleagues boasting about how one of them had been arrested multiple times. I then walked into the bathroom where I was greeted with an absolute state. A sprite bottle down the toilet!? And sweet packets over the floor.
