   I first found this wonderful shoe shop after the first pair of school shoes (Clarks) I bought my daughter started to fall apart within two weeks. Since then, Sharon has helped us find some great-quality school shoes and trainers over the last couple of years, and also the sweetest first walking shoes for my youngest - the leather is so soft and they make happy every time I put them on her little feet! So pleased to have a local independent shop with someone knowledgeable who can fit my kids properly for their shoes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

   Sharon was absolutely brilliant with our two children, fitting them for their school shoes. She’s super lovely with them and listens to what they would like and how they feel in the shoes.    Lovely shop, easy to find, just a short hop - 4 stops - from Brighton Station on the no 7 bus. We came quite some distance as we really wanted a start rite stockist for my oldest child. I phoned ahead to check they were open and spoke to Sharon, the owner. She was so friendly, I had to let her know my son is autistic as he's smart but something of a wildcard when it comes to anything sensory. I needn't have worried as it was perfect. The shop has a calming atmosphere, and Sharon and her employee whose name I didn't get were so kind and professional. My son was instantly at ease, happy to be measured and we left with a fantastic pair of shoes! I cant recommend them highly enough. We'll definitely be back.

   We’ve been going to Shoozoo since my eldest started walking. He’s now 8 and his brother is 3 and we would never go anywhere else to buy shoes for our kids. Sharon is wonderful, she remembers small details about the kids and always makes them feel special. Best service, best value, best range of shoes!

   Great shoes and service only until something goes wrong with the shoes you were recommended to buy. Do not accept any warranty claims, even though shoes started falling apart just after 2 weeks. Promise to contact you after speaking to a supplier and you never hear back from them. Shame as we were really happy with the shoes we bought here last year, but definitely not going back there after a very disappointing experience recently. We will dissuade this shop to our friends.

   I can’t thank Shoozoo enough for their incredible service and lovely shoes. We had a tough day today trying to find shoes to fit my 12 year old daughter who has to wear special inserts in her shoes. We tried multiple shops in Brighton and there had been many tears shed by my little girl through frustration that nothing was fitting. We rushed to Shoozoo at 4.30pm (30 minutes before closing) and were greeted by the lovely owner who said that she is used to fitting shoes with inserts all the time and not to worry. With my daughter now feeling better the fitting began. Beautiful shoes tried but after an hour (well beyond closing time) we were still struggling - the frustration in my daughter was building and the tears started to flow once again. She was treated with such kindness and patience - to a desperate mother it was just wonderful. The lady owner (I wish I knew her name) kept on bringing out different style shoes until finally one beautiful shoe that my daughter loved, fitted! Those tears turned to smiles from ear to ear and it was now my turn to cry! I am beyond grateful to Shoozoo for their patience and determination to help every young person walk out of their shop with the best fitting shoes possible. Some may say that they can purchase shoes cheaper elsewhere, but the quality of product and the service provided is second to none. Don’t hesitate to visit - I wish I had gone there first, it would have saved me hours and lots of tears! Thank you a million times Shoozoo!
