Took my son in on his birthday, he has huge feet and wanted the patta nike airs but they didn't have them in his size. The lovely staff members suggested a similar pair they had in that were a similar profile and coincidentally half the price. What great service was so appreciated. Doesn't go unnoticed when people go the extra mile what a credit, thank you.

Good luck with a return. Thereβs no way to contact them. Not email, phone, Instagram contact canβt help. Iβve purchased trainers in store before with no problems, but never online again. Their not geared up for it

Went to og kicks in Brighton. Spoke to an employee who kept looking at his phone when he was speaking to me and walking off when I was still speaking to him. I asked if I can sell my dunk panda's size uk9 as I bought them from laced for Β£170 and they were selling them for Β£250. He said the only way he will take them is if I give him Β£40. I just wanted the right size so I agreed then he came out with the shoe with a weird smile on his face. I walked out checked the shoe and it had glue on the back of it and was dirty. It made me feel like he got the worst pair in the store so I changed them. I will never go back due to the bad quality and poor customer service and the fact I csn get them cheaper from somewhere like Laced.

Bunch o weirdos. I respect the resale market of buying and reselling limited editions or colour ways. This just sucks they straight up buy out all the stock in the other shoe shops in Brighton and then charge double the price. Not even like they have an impressive array of stock. Literally just sends the minions out buy up all the Size drops from across the road and charge people double the price. Slimy business and if u buy from them ur tapped

Terrific selection of hard to come by sneakers for competitive prices. A nice young man called Jack looked after me, didn't have my size in some Dunks I was looking for but had them in for me in just a couple of days!

Visited this shop, I found 2 pairs of Jordan 1s that were retailing at this store and the asking price was Β£190 a little down the road at a store called size they were selling for Β£115 the same pair the same size!! Seems to me this store buys trainers from other stores local or even on the internet and resells them to turn a profit. Itβs also worth a mention the Jordan 4s that are in here are Β£200 above the usual retail price that you can buy from other store or even online. Support a local business is always good but donβt rip youβre self off in the process. Avoid!!

As well as being the coolest shop in Brighton, the service is first class. My son needed some help with a jacket purchased from the store which the owner Ryan took full responsibility for. He made sure we were looked after in a way that all retailers could learn from. 10 out of 10 and no hesitation in recommending.
