   We had ordered 4 mixed shawarma plates, the food which was provided was spoiled and not cooked properly, prone to have food poisoning by the smell of it, it’s the first time we are experiencing this kind of situation in UK since the last three years, we brought the whole pack back to the store, and the ones those who were working in the store were very rude and unprofessional, they weren’t ready either for a replacement or a refund, as they were like they can't do anything, it tasted awful, and tactically they threw the one portion to the bin saying that let them have a look at it and they asked us to get out of the store using Inappropriate language, though we were being so polite to them, they were like they don’t care even if we report the store to the food safety department, it was ridiculous we lost our money, unprofessional, rude, never gonna try that store again, and definitely don’t recommend to anyone please avoid at any cost !

   Took about 50 minutes to come, so within the timer. The delivery driver was lovely, so they ran out of pepis bottles - provided with alternative of 3 cans. No 2 piece chicken - alternative of chicke strips. The delivery driver advised me of these changes before handing me the food. Deffo be ordering from here again not just yummy food but great service all round.

   The best and I mean - THE BEST chawarma!! If you live in town or are a foody and love not only good but great food, that's your place! Or if you are a foreigner missing your home country, in need of some comfort food that will remind you of home, I recommend them with both hands!! Not only there food is amazing but also their customer approach!

   Ordered some food for the family from Shawarma 360 and it arrived promptly. The delivery guy was very customer focused and said they had had a few supplier issues due to Eid. He said due to this there was a little less Schwarma supplied than he would have liked but he had included some courtesy extras and said if I was unhappy to call in and let him know so he could resolve. Well the food was amazing, we all enjoyed and I'm already looking forward to next time if portions are usually bigger as this was plenty. Hope the whole team had a great Eid celebration and I'll be ordering again soon.

   I ordered the plate of Lamb chops . I was disappointed to find they were coated in a hot marinade it didnt mention this on the menu. I really didnt like it and it ruined the dish for me. That said the portion was plentiful and everything was very well cooked . It would be better if all the flavourings used were in the meal description
