   I purchased a family platter from this Pepe's location, requested an additional potion of chips instead of the rice that comes with the platter and also bought two extra chips. When i got home after collection I found that all of the chips portions were only half full.

   I had a great experience at Pepe’s in Crewe. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the food was fresh and served hot. Abdul provided excellent service — he was polite, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and genuine care made my visit even better.

   Went to collect this time because a previous delivery took over an hour and still arrived missing items. Ordered a simple wrap meal and chicken rice box at the counter, but it took nearly 40 minutes to receive my food. Several customers with much larger orders who ordered after me were served first. There was no clear organisation or system — everything seemed chaotic and uncoordinated. I only got my order after checking and reminding the staff multiple times. Food itself was decent and satisfactory, but the service was very poor and badly managed. Ruined my evening and my break on a busy work shift.

   I have ordered 2 chicken and rice extra hot flavour for collection today, after I opened the pack the rice is toooo dry and the chicken has no sauce completely dry and the flavour I ordered is extra hot and it is not at all spicy and no flavour sauce in it like before, I have been ordering here many times since long period but never experienced this kind of taste and rice like this. Hope this review helps for further orders. Thanks

   They are simply amazing. Food quality is on a completely different level. Their wraps are highly recommended with amazing flavors of choice. Their chickens are fresh and very juicy. Their whole menu is very tasty. The staff are friendly and highly efficient. Price is very good for what you get. The only shame is that it's not available everywhere yet.

   Ordered a quarter chicken meal with a wrap with the hot sauce and was blown away.the cooking was perfect and the staff were very friendly upon arrival and aswell as this there was plenty if space to eat will definitely be going again well done guys

   On this occasion,............. stick with what you know. Food arrived in a timely manner however the chips were either warmed up or undercooked could not decide on that, like rubber not nice at all!!! Burger was really burnt, and no flavour, and the whole order was not even luke warm. Thought I'd try here as menu sounded really tasty bit pricey but you pay for quality. We were not happy one bit. Best bit was the can of Pepsi!!!!! Would not recommend or use again unfortunately

   In my opinion, it is one of the best fries I have ever tried in this town. Also my favourite place to buy chicken wings. They are way better than "hot wings" in other very popular restaurant. I was there many times and definitely will be coming back from time to time.

   Awful customer service young woman that works there needs to work on her attitude! Ordered via uber eats, 2 peri burger meals. Turned up 30 minutes late and cold and stale. Uber states the burger is a peri peri fillet on a bap..no extras and no option to amend the toppings..so I ordered thinking they would come as just peri filet on bap! Both turned up with lots of soggy lettuce and smothered in mayo. My partner cant eat mayo so I rang to ask for a replacement. Got told its not their fault..well you made the burger so it is your fault darling..said would have to order and pay again. Why would i assume a burger came with toppings if it doesnt say this in the description? Was shocked the woman was so rude to not even offer an apology, or replacement burger. Never dealt with someone with such poor customer service skills, plain rude. Will not order again.

   Best peri peri chicken I have had to date, have ordered multiple times and not been disappointed once. Would highly recommend the peri peri chicken or the wrap, the fries are also really nice. Little bit pricey relative to other high street peri peri takeaways. Also quick preparation so don’t have to wait too long.
