   Horrible customer service. Asked a simple question and was looked at as if I was dirt. Had to repeat myself multiple times whilst the young lady was sarcastic. Years ago that would have ruined my day, but I’m old enough for it not to affect me anymore. Hope she learns to treat people better, especially those with disabilities. Won’t be returning or buying anything else, it was too expensive to be treated like that anyway.

   AVOID WITH ALL COSTS the manager of the store Chloe is very rude and also discriminates against your sexual preferences along with being very rude while doing it. I will not be retuning back to this store again

I live in London and the item has run out everywhere and Brighton has one left in stock … they very kindly looked after it until I was able to make it down to the shop.    Had a problem with my vapormax pair from over christmas which left the bubble deflated, the staff were so helpful (especially the man with glasses and long hair) to go out of their way when it was super busy to ring Nike and sort out sending my shoes back for inspection. It would have been easy enough for them to say my warranty was up, which it was, and let me deal with Nike directly myself, but they gave me a receipt, took my email and address and all I have to do is wait for a response now. Great service.

   I have been regular customer for many years and never had problems until now that I had to return something in store! I bought a present for my girlfriends birthday on the 27/01/17, it was an adidas originals superstar with the gold metal shell toe. When my girlfriend tried them on in the house, she said they are a bit hard on the toe part and not comfortable at all, so we decided to return them. I went back in the store on the 31/01/17 but the lady behind the counter told me that they don't do refunds and the only thing I could get it was a gift card of the full value which was £95. The thing is that my girlfriend at the moment didn't like any other shoes from that shop or the website and now I am unable to get her birthday present until they release something that she likes. Also the fact that I have to spend at least £95 doesn't make me very happy because if she chooses something that costs less than £95 then I will be left with a balance on the gift card which I don't need for myself. The point is that my life would have been much easier if I could get a refund at the first place and not had to go though all that hassle. You really need to change your refund policy in the store, I have been buying things online from size.co.uk and I never had this issue before.
