   Excellent service and excellent shoes. I went in search of shoes with arch support. The people who served me were very helpful in pointing me to the shoes which fitted my needs, then allowed me to try them for ages without hassling me. I went away to try shoes in a couple of other shops before I committed. When they saw me return, they got the saved shoes from behind the counter without me asking. They even brought the card machine to where I was sitting for payment. And my feet are feeling are improving after only one day in my new shoes.

   Appalling service at this shop. I bought a pair of Sketchers that stated UK size 11 - the size I always wear - I didn’t bother to try them on as the box stated that they were my size. I went out that night and almost fell over walking down some steps. It was clear the shoes were much too big. The shop were not interested as I had worn the shoes outside for 10 minutes. I was told: A: the UK size on the box is Sketchers size and not UK size. B: that I should have worn the shoes around the house before going out in them. C: both of these issues would have been explained to me at the store. I pointed out this had never happened in all the time I had bought Sketchers shoes. They didn’t believe this and argued that I “definitely” would had been told. The managers were both extremely rude inferring I was lying. As a 70 year old disabled man I found this quite upsetting. I now have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear as they were miss-sold to me as the size of the box was different to the size of the actual shoes. I have been told it was my fault for not wearing the shoes in the house first and also Sketchers were not at blame but I was! Absolutely hopeless service from a company I once trusted.

   amazing customer service! Chloe was very nice and accommodating. she suggested several shoes that she thought would match my style and needs and helped me figure out which ones fit well. I am disabled so need a good pair of shoes that fits me correctly, and she helped me understand what my needs were. thank you!

   I took my elderly mother to Sketchers Brighton today. We purposely went midweek as we new she would need the full attention of a good, kind and patient sales person. Serina, our sales assistant was absolutely awesome, i couldn't count how many times she went off to get different styles and widths in all various colours. This lovely lady made my mothers day and we came out with a good fitting comfortable pair of shoes. Thank you Serina!

   Such an awful experience will not be returning. The manager was rude and quite simply nasty. We wanted a refund for a faulty product and were told it wasn’t possible and we could have a voucher or send it too head office. The staff were unhelpful. As for the manager how she is in that role is beyond me, no customer service experience whatsoever , walked away from us, told us if we’re going to make such as issue then we can have the refund. She wouldn’t give her name and walked away. Very rude and a very unhappy customer.

   The customer service in this store is appalling! So much so that I will never be returning or purchasing from Skechers again. The manager is unbelievably rude. She spoke to my family and I with such disgust! Terrible! If 0 stars were an option I would be giving that.

   Managed to get my daughter some light up trainers here, she has a few pairs. She has hypermobility so these boot trainers really support her ankles and the lights are a great feature
