   I'm confident in saying I've never had a better experience while shopping. Owen was perhaps the most amicable and competent member of any staff I've ever come across, knowing what was best for me and my feet given my running style, before providing several options of footwear. I can't thank him or his colleague enough for the service they provided and the time they dedicated to helping me. If you need shoes or runwear, do yourself a favour and check these wonderful people out!

   I forgot to ask the store assistant's name at my visit to the store today but he was extremely helpful. I described what I was looking for in a shoe & he was able to choose the perfect pair of trainers (I even tried another 4 pairs on after to check for good measure but the first ones trumped them all). Highly recommend the store; they have a gait analysis treadmill service too.

   I recently received quite exceptional service from Owen. His in-depth knowledge, interest and expertise shone through. Owen ascertained my requirements, analysed my running both visually and on a specialised treadmill sensor, then found a pair of new running shoes which are just right for my feet and my running style. I am now running again with a smile on my face and without any foot problems. Thank you very much indeed Owen, I really appreciate it!

   I came in for a gait analysis and to find a pair of running shoes after dealing with some injuries from poorly fitted shoes, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Owen! He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment I walked in, and he took the time to clearly explain my gait analysis results in a way that really made sense. Owen made sure the shoes I ended up with were the perfect fit and offered the right support, and he even cleared up a few common shoe myths along the way. I’d highly recommend this to anyone - even just getting the gait analysis on its own is well worth it. Thanks so much!

   Really not my favourite shop in Brighton. I came in with the intention of buying some shoes but the two men at the counter didn’t even notice me…sarcastically excellent customer service. Plus the shop was absolutely freezing. Maybe their boiler was down, but it was colder than outside. I’ve left straight away.

   I visited the store earlier in the week as a new runner looking for a decent set of running trainers. After a quick talk with Frankie I walked straight onto the gait analyses machine and we got to work on choosing the best pair of trainers for my feet and running style. Frankie was super friendly, helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Having now been on two runs with my new trainers I can already tell a huge difference from my old trainers and very happy with the trainers we decided on :)

   Visited shop last week as needed trainers for some serious running and my gym. It was my first time buying professional footwear for running. Elena who served me, was very approachable, experienced and super patient. I’m generally a fussy customer and Elena does know how to serve one! She brought me a very good selection of trainers to try on, she was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. I came back home with beautiful pair of trainers. I will definitely come back to her for my second pair and will hope to be served by her again! :)
