   I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding in September. I browsed around and found a few to try on . A lovely lady called Angela helped me to the changing room where I proceeded to try on the dresses . Unfortunately I didn’t feel right in any of them . Angela then said she would try the stockroom to see if she could find me petit as she thought this would be best for me . She came back with two. I tried them on and one in particular was very nice . I asked about accessories and she brought me a hat shoes and bag . What a grand job and I bought them all . Great customer service from Angela. Thanks

Trish was absolutely amazing and made my girlfriend feel so comfortable and confident, gave amazing advice and even picked out the dress that my girlfriend fell in love with.    Looking at other reviews for Hobbs Horsham I completely agree with all previous positive comments concerning Hobbs Staff. Penny and Angela today were so helpful obtaining a blue linen top which was out of stock in the size I wanted in store and on line but after several attempts calling other stores come up with one. A big big thank you ladies.

   What a delightful store! The manager and the team are super friendly and attentive without being too much. They help and offer advice which is not just to get a sale either, its so you look and feel great. Its an absolute pleasure to shop here which is which keep going back.    One husband likes Hobbs Horsham!! Let’s be honest, clothes shopping with the wife is not normally top of our list of things to do. But very impressed with Hobbs Horsham store (Special thanks to Eunice & Lauren) First and foremost VERY comfortable chair whils waiting. Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff, but never pushy and honest and constructive in helping my wife find a number of outfits. Add a coffee machine, and I could be a regular. But seriously, thanks again to both for a very professional and courteous service.
