I'd love to give this place a good review because the staff were really nice but we had to wait 70 mins for our food, the food itself was an absolute oil-slick which is typical of low grade Indian restaurant food. Flavours were a 5/10. Nice rice, decent breads...Toilets in a state of disrepair and the place was shabby as!
Food due to be collected at 6.10, no info given on arrival the food would be late, most of the time no-one at front of house, 30 minutes late and no real apology, good 6 people waiting for takeaway wondering what is going on, food usually good was very average today. Music and speakers all over the shop cutting in and out. Cold restaurant to eat in so bring a jumper.
We were ar Alton Towers for my son’s birthday as we didn’t fancy eating on the resort — so we took a drive to this Indian. The food was absolutely delicious, full of amazing flavour and cooked perfectly. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the service was great from start to finish. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend — one of the best Indian meals we’ve had in a long time! Great flavours! Thank you.
The restaurant was very quiet, literally empty. There was no one just one person in staff. However, we asked for a proper spicy indian curry, they suggested DELHI Karachi and north indian garlic chili (we asked to add chicken) it was really delicious, a bit more spicy than we asked but it was grt overall. We had mixed grill as starters and it was delicious too! Although the management was not very good. We had to go over and call them everytime. I also felt, the sides prices was a bit too much for the size. However, putting the poor hotel management and prices aside, I would say the taste is absolutely the only thing that would make me want to come here again. Its all about food and its taste after all.
Staff was friendly, service was so slow haf to wait nearly 2 hours for food and the place was empty, chicken looked under cooked and pink inside, also forgot our chips after paying for them avoid this place

I tried all the local indians and panacea is by far the best, And has been constantly good since I started using it 4 years ago, so ignore the odd bad review and go and enjoy the best indian around.
This place is amazing and it had authentic taste of indian food. I am not sure but they are running her family business. The price are very fair. This restaurant service is good, food is delicious. I was last and this Restaurant is open till 9:00 p.m. this place is best Indian food I have ever had I definitely recommended you to go and and try this you never disappoint here. There are lots of varieties are available vegetarian and non vegetarian food items, but I am trying non vegetarian food because I am a non vegetarian. But if you are a vegetarian this place is also good for vegetarian people. Restaurant staff is also good. They are always ready for help you. If you are visit alton town, you must have visit this place to.
I am from Birmingham and stopped by to eat at panacea. All I could say is that the owners have really taken care with customer service and the food was absolutely amazing. I was recommended to try the new dishes that is not yet on the menu, these dishes really had appeased my taste buds to another level, all the food came out on time. I loved the ambience of the place. Definitely worth a visit again.
