Very helpful in this store lovely lady exchanged my coat for a different size even though they weren't doing refunds or exchanges on Boxing day thank you New Look Neath.
Although it's a small store it's absolutely packed with a wide variety of clothes and accessories. Great for delivery to store items. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
The shop is small.. But the clothes is amazing top quality .. Nice friendly staff... My husband got my handbag from there and the best i have ever had .
