   Really lovely shop and a really nice lady's work here but things are priced. Got myself dress as i really love it, but it was £40 something, but I just really love it, so i got myself 14 as i am big 14. Dress fits nice, but I would like a bit more room around the tummy area as i do have tummy problems, so if it plays up, I need more room. I got myself a really lovely necklace to go with the dress too. Do have some good sales on when they have them as i got myself two necklace one year for really good prices.

   A great shop for my good lady wife as she is a size 8 to 10 and only 4ft 11in tall. She absolutely loves this shop and never failed to leave without purchasing a beautiful garment. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

   I do a lot of shopping on line, click and collect if I can. But if you are in the Bridgend Outlet go to the store ROMAN it is well worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they do also advise you if you want them to and also if you want to try something on they are at hand to assist in any way they can. Many a bargain to be had and the clothes are lovely, good fabrics and lovely colours you can wear for all occasions.

   Standing outside this store this morning waiting for it open unbelievably stressed as I had a day of dress hunting in front of me for a Black Tie event tomorrow evening, talk about last minute. I entered the store as the lady opened the door, I never ask for help when shopping but this morning I decided to and I'm so glad I did. There were two ladies there, Nicola and Sian and they were fantastic, both of them bringing me dresses to the changing room and zipping me up, they gave their honest opion which I appreciated, they didn't just say yes to the first one so they could get me out of their hair and on with their day, they really helped me. Turned out the dress I loved didn't fit and they didn't have a bigger size in store, but for them that wasn't a problem, I now have it ordered  online with next day delivery which they arranged for me whilst honouring their in store 15% off. I ended up ordering two with them and have a third in the store as a back up dress incase the delivery doesn't arrive in time. To say they were helpful is an understatement, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made my day, I am so glad I went there now, first shop and all done. Thank you ladies it's very much appreciated. I will definitely be back again. I work in customer service and people are always quick to mention negative things and very rarely take the time to mention a good service but I take my hat off to the both of them. They are a credit to the company! P.s I have read the other reviews and I was told about the return policy and they did not ask me to write a review of my experience as some companies do. Well done ladies

   Bought a dress from the store but when i tried it on at home i wasnt happy with it i rang the store to ask if i could change it in the llanelli store for a refund when i was told i could only have an exchange or a voucher for the shop !! Thats no good to me as i dont want to purchase anything else in store and wanted a refund as im going to a wedding next week and the £60 i paid for the dress would go towards another dress !! If the sales assistant had told me when i bought the dress i wouldnt have had it !! Never buy from here again !!!!

   It appears as if the shop is for a more mature customers, however you don't feel out of place when you walk in. We got some wedding dresses here and have to say my Mrs was satisfied with the quality, but the price was a bit hefty. Staff here are always kind, polite, and engage in small talk. Never had to return anything but I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. Fitting rooms are also great. Highly recommended if you are around.
