The staff were very standoffish and were very rude to my 2 year old who was just unhooking socks from a side stand and putting them back on, she wasn't mixing anything up. It's a shame the shoes we wanted couldn't be bought from New Balance where the experience was much better.
Had a great experience shopping for new runners. Jackie was brilliant - patient, attentive, and full of helpful advice. Both she and the other lady in store were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I had a great shopping experience here today. The young guy who served me was knowledgeable, helpful and provided exemplary customer service which I haven’t been experiencing much elsewhere. He patiently explained all the different type of shoes, series and helped to find various sizes. Thank you.
Kept getting pain and holes in my shoes and couldn’t understand why. After doing a bit of research, it turns out I was wearing the wrong size and wrong style shoe for the treadmill (no more battering trail shoes for me!). The staff at this store were most helpful in educating me and recommending a better shoe/size, and I’ve had no issues since. Couldn’t recommend ASICS enough!
Bought a pair of trainers and after a month a hole appear around toe area, they were swapped but manager made feel like she did me a favour and I felt like a gypo for taking em back, same thing happened again, hole appeared around toe area after only 4 weeks ( thought I’d mention I cut my nails and this is the 1 time it has happened with any trainer). I took them back but was refused any refund or compensation. I was told the trainer had a lot wear and it was down to my fault it was like it( most I run is three 5k a week mostly on treadmill. 4 weeks I had the trainers for. Disgusting after paying £126, you expect them to last longer. I’ve had to go to my bank to get money back. Appalling
