   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, suits or recommend somewhere more! I hired 5 Tibberton Brown Tweed suits for my wedding and had so many compliments. The fitting appointments were made easy and the guys were full of expert knowledge. Even when I had forgot to add shirts on and changed my mind around having a bow-tie instead of a tie it was absolutely no problem. Then, when we wanted a slightly bigger shirt for one of the groomsmen they had the two sizes up to see what he preferred ready that afternoon at no extra charge. Very responsive to messages, even on a Sunday!! Plus we were able to have the suits for a full week so everyone had the opportunity to try on and gave a bit of flexibility when giving them back. Honestly couldn’t have been happier! Strongly recommend!

   There were several issues with wedding parties suit hire, which were resolved but customer service was lacking, which made each road bump so much more frustrating. I can only speak for the issues I specifically dealt with, which was a small portion of the whole story. In order to avoid travelling from Bristol for measurements I asked ahead of time if a trained tailor in Bristol would be able to take specific measurements of me and these could be used go get the suit. I would then only need to come in person for the final fitting the week before the wedding. I was told this was fine and given a list of specific measurements to ask for.(waist, chest etc) I was told the name of the suit brand but told if I have those measurements I didn't need to try on the suit, although this was preferred. I made the journey into Bristol centre and had the measurements only to call and speak to the exact same assistant and have him deny ever saying giving measurements over the phone were acceptable. Being disable this was extra frustrating as I had made an extra journey unnecessarily, which is very taxing. Of course I agreed to travel to Neath for the 15 minute appointment to have a measurement and try on a suit. At the first fitting the staff were generally uninterested, a little rude and didn't really care what the fit was like. I had to ask them to check what the fit was like, and I left not 100% confident the suit was be okay. I was told to come back the Monday before the wedding, no specific time was mentioned. When I did return, I had booked a 9am appointment. The staff were in dismay that I had booked such an early appointment. “who ever told you, would have told you not too come back until after 11am” this was proclaimed by the exact staff member who had told me about coming back on that Monday! I was also there with another groomsmen who hadn't been told it either. (his suit had to be reordered) Thankfully they had just arrived to I didn't have to wait too long as I needed to get back on the train to Bristol. In the end, the suits were fine, and all the suits were ready by the wedding, but unnecessary stress was added into the situation. This added with brides poor experiences left with with a poor impression of the staff at Hanson.

   Went here for a suit alteration which needed to be done in a quick turn around. The alteration was done to a high standard at a great price. The service here was superb and they couldn't do enough for you. They do a very nice range of suits and I'll definitely be returning to buy something soon.
