    Ordered trainers in store and was told they would be on next day delivery. Still have nt received them three days later. Only to be told they were on standard delivery. My sons birthday been and gone.now.customer service is appalling

    I wouldn't even give this store a 1 star raiting. Went in to exchange a pair of shoes after they were falling apart after a day of wearing them to be told by the 'manager' in exact words..." he should learn to walk a bit better then". Great customer service don't you think?
