   I phoned up to check they had larger sizes in stock before heading down. Kurt suggested a possible shoe match over the phone based on what I told him. When I went in I tried it on and ran round the block and lo and behold, that was the one I bought! Great service, incredible knowledge on shoes and running and a really nice guy. I wore them out of the shop and had to temper my pace on the way home!!

   I stopped by this store earlier today, and even though they close at 5, they stayed open longer to help me find the perfect pair of running shoes. Not only did they extend their hours, but they never made me feel rushed or hinted that they were about to close. I spent around 30 minutes benefiting from their expertise, ensuring I made the right choice. I had visited once about a year ago and was surprised that the owner remembered me—and all I had bought was a pair of socks! It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly know their products and take the time to recommend what’s best for you. What really stood out was that they let me take the shoes outside for a quick run to test them—who does that? If you're looking for running shoes or anything related to running, this shop is an absolute gem. You won’t regret visiting!

They took all the guesswork out of finding shoes and I'm so happy with the Brooks I've ended up with and been happily running in an reordering from them since.    I feel I absolutely have to share a review of this fantastic running shop. Just been in today after a couple of recommendations from friends, as I wasn’t sure if some new shoes I’d bought from another shop were right for me and wanted a second opinion. Kurt spent nearly an hour with me, watching me run in different shoes, giving just incredible advice. He told me the shoes I’d bought would be just right while I was getting used to running, and would be fine for trail running, essentially turning down the opportunity to sell me a pair of shoes I wouldn’t really need. Kurt’s knowledge about running, physiology and cross training is absolutely second to none. This level of knowledge and unbeatable customer service is hard to find nowadays. And I didn’t even buy anything! One thing is for certain, the next time I need a new pair of running shoes, there is only one place I will go…and that is here. Thanks again Kurt, you’re an absolute legend.
