Excellent showroom and very friendly knowledgeable staff. Gave great advice. We got a wine cooler on discount and it was delivered within a few days and installed by a great team just before Christmas. It’s like an Aladdins cave of useful stuff from BBQs to TV/ audio to outdoor living to kitchen's appliances.
Could not have done more to help me. I dealt with Lee mainly, and she was really supportive and helpful. I had been badly let down by another company and she was able to source and dispatch a matching product for overnight shipment so it was here for Christmas at no extra cost. On time, professional, friendly and respectful of my home, and they know much more about systems connectivity than all previous EE and Sky “experts” combined. 24/11/2025 Poor delivery service. The item was supposed to arrive with next day delivery, but it has now been four days and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing. Will change to 2 stars if the item arrives today. 25/11/2025 - Update I spoke with a member of staff this morning who informed me that DHL would deliver my item today. When I checked the delivery status, I was listed as number 91 in the queue. I hope the item arrives.

Really good service, they go out of their way to answer all your questions and are happy to assist with any of the products. They delivered My Sony Bravia TV at the said time and even called me before they came to confirm the delivery time. I bought a fridge after that and would probably buy the more appliances from them. Their customer service is really exceptional and outstanding.
We came in to buy a high quality music system. There is a fantastic listening area where you can sit and experience the equipment. Adam was wonderful, explaining in detail how the system works, switching components on and off so that we could hear the difference and answering all of our (many) questions in detail. We went for a Sonos which plays music and acts as a cinema surrond sound. Thank you so much Adam, we have been smiling for days.
Ordered online and had issues with signing up (system error) which meant I didn’t receive my order confirmation. I then contacted customer service and they were so efficient in helping me. I received my item the next working day and I couldn’t be happier. A nice business who care about their customers above all, you don’t get much of that these days - I cannot recommend them enough! Just had a great experience with using the Smart home team (Paul and Nick). Arrived on time, with the correct equipment and kit and did exactly what was agreed. Paul went the extra mile to install all the apps required and explain fully how they worked. Furthermore he arranged for a locksmith and electrician to do associated but separate work. Great service.
