   My past 3 visits to this store haven't been the best, undoubtedly the quality and pricing is very good, but the atmosphere and tone set by the many different staff on each occasion isn't the best, the stop look de motivated, miserable, lack any sort of enthusiasm or energy for providing good, friendly helpful customer service, dull tones when answering questions on actually spending quite a bit of money was a total turn off, instead I bought the exact items online from next because I don't believe shoddy unhelpful negative service provided by negatively driven and negatively outward focused staff should benefit from my sales, so online it is, so I'll give a star for quality, a star for price, a star for actually having the stock online, I'd love to give a star for the exit to this store away from the staff too but taking off 2 stars says all I need to say about the sales staff here and my urge to exit the store.

   Absolutely appalling customer services both in the store and on the telephone. The girl in the County mall would not call another store to get a matching pair of trousers to a jacket that I purchased this morning in next. Told me she was giving me the number of the shop that had the trousers … number was to the main customer services. The unhelpful girl on the end of the phone did not give me the option of her calling the store unlike the second time I rang… by the time I got through to the store the only pair of trousers showing on the system had been purchased … now I am stuck with a Jacket and no time to order on line WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICES IN STORE… I will not be using next again .. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME THIS MORNING !!!!!!

   The staff here are super helpful and kind. Every time I visit I find something gorgeous to buy. Much bigger than my local next and easier to get around. The layout is sensible with workwear and casuals separate. I was a bit lost once looking for kids clothes or accessories as a gift and one lovely staff member to the time to help me find the right sizes and colours. Please thank all your staff for their service quality every visit

   Very disappointed! I ordered online, received an email to say my item was ready for collection. I couldn't go, but I sent a friend who travelled 10 miles to collect item, she was told item was not there, they even told her I was probably mistaken and sent the order to a different store which wasn't the case. My friend left without the item , I rang costomer service representative who rang the staff who then confirmed the item was infact there. What wasted time and effort on our side just because staff didn't bother to look for item properly! Not nice!

   Next shop in County Mall shopping centre is a 2 story shop which mainly sells women and men clothing. You can suits or dresses too and the relevant accessories such as purses, wallets, parfumes, ties, etc. Some kitchenware too and decorative items. The staff is polite and helpful A+++++

   It's okay. Sizes are Ltd for Rugby build guys so not a place I choose to go to. They do stuff for kids tho partner likes it and it's easy to get too. Just an average store.

   UNSAFE!! Shelves are overloaded and heavy almost causing serious injury to me and my 11 week old son! Went to look at a doorstop that was on a top shelf and as i put it back the whole shelf came off the wall falling onto me and my son! Had my husband not been there to rush over and grab the shelf along with another lady who was shopping it could have caused serious injury as my son was in his baby carrier on my front! Manager was apologetic but did not once ask if i or my son were ok... Not Impressed and feel they really need to look into the safety of their shelving and the weight that is put on them!
