Gary and his colleague from Willmers recently delivered an installed my new integrated dishwasher. The service from start to finish was exemplary and I would thoroughly recommend them.
Just taken delivery of a new washing machine. Delivery from ordering was just a couple of days as in stock. Delivery was bang on time. Philip at the store was very helpful, answering any questions re:different machines. The delivery men also made sure we were happy with the installation before leaving, explaining the key workings. It’s good to support our independent stores. The machine is happily working right now and soooo quiet! Thankyou for, yet again, excellent service.

My washing machine broke down yesterday. I called Willmers and they said they could deliver a new machine the next day. Two delivery men arrived and took out my old machine (rescued the washing that was trapped inside), installed my new one and showed me how to use it. They were both charming, polite and didn't rush. My machine cost me no more than the cheapest internet price. This is good old fashioned service at its best. Why use a large chain with irritable jobsworth delivery men, when you could use Willmers.
