The staff are so rude in this store that I’ve literally been put off ever coming in to purchase again. Miserable. No smiles. Made to feel like I shouldn’t have entered. Needs a revamp of management asap
Served by such a lovely kind young man who was so helpful!!! Can’t believe I heard they are shutting this store in January but opening a new Scotland one?!?! Make it make sense
Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received earlier today. Got better service with the two young lads who served me last weekend... My daughter returned some sandals and I purchased a T-Shirt. The server was a young girl, shoulder length brown hair, had a miserable face from the off and seemed unhappy when I asked for paper receipts instead of emailed ones. No please or thank you, I wish I got her name as would of complained to her line manager. We are paying customers at the end of the day, rude, upbrupt service is not good enough I'm afraid...
What happened to the men’s section? Basically now non existent as half has been replaced with baby/children clothes.

A jacket on 30% rail .advised in wrong place when I went to buy . Understand human error so declined to buy . Then go on river island online jacket is reduced . Very unhappy.
Went in to return a pair of £30 jeans that had gone baggy with just 2 wears. The woman who was probably the manager was very reluctant to even contemplate the idea as she "owned a pair and they were perfect" and they "never had these jeans returned before". I felt like I was being accused of lying! Basically had to beg for a refund! Felt very uncomfortable - poor customer service.
Very disappointed with the customer service in this store by the ladies we approached for assistance. The lack of care for our custom was very minimal and led to a particular purchase of River Island clothing that was required being sold to another customer. Clothing is good but the female staff are not helpful.
