Ordered food at 17.30. Ended up cancelling order at 21.00. Called twice and both time was told that they were cooking it. Absolutely shocking service. If you cannot fulfill orders dont accept them. Will never use again.
Me and partner have just ordered food. I had mockchicken sweet and sour because I've been a vegetarian for 7 years. Food was delivered within 10 - 15 minutes. I start eating it. They've sent me real chicken. I'm absolutely disgusted and devastated,7 year I've not eaten meat for. We will never order anything for you again.
Twice now the chicken fried rice taste like fish and the chicken in satay sauce was not cooked properly chicken raw missing a curry sauce goon down bank never again goldenbowl you need sort your cooking out
Best Chinese in Stoke/Moorlands. The chinese takeaways in Werrington are rubbish, thankfully Golden Bowl deliver to us and they are great. Nice food, good price and fast delivery.
delivery come very fast however the order was wrong and then had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring the correct order
this place used too be amazing, paid over 30 quid for this food and it was shocking, this place has really gone downhill, every other time i’ve ordered it’s been lovely but last night was absolutely shocking, didn’t eat any of it, overcooked and dry noodles when they were meant too be in sauce, no meat on the ribs, shocking.
Really enjoyed our meals thank you very much. Will 100% be ordering from here again. Food was hot on arrival and very tasty.
